Carepoint goes above and beyond to ensure that every patient gets the most out of their insurance benefits. Their website makes it easy to see the cost of each prescription. I have received packages from Carepoint on both the East and West coasts, and they have always provided prompt and discreet shipping. They are always able to fill my prescriptions even when CVS drops the ball. Thank you to the amazing team at Carepoint!

STAY AWAY from this pharmacy at all costs. This pharmacy is absolutely terrible. Their customer service team is awful. They're super rude, and they rarely ever answer the question you are calling about. They also have ridiculously high Co-pays my doctor informed me that my co-pay would only be $25, but that wasn't the case. These greedy bastards ended up charging me $75 a month for my prescription. If your doctor ever sends anything to Carepoint pharmacy, ask them kindly to send it to another pharmacy because this pharmacy is the worst.

I am so incredibly happy with my experience with Carepoint. I worked with Matt Gourley through the entirety of my process and he made it a breeze! My insurance was putting up a fight and did not want to cover my prescription. Matt took it upon himself to call multiple different departments and would not take no for an answer. Because of Matt, and solely because of his care for me as a patient, my prescription was covered! He kept me informed every step of the way and I couldn’t have asked for better service! I truly appreciate Carepoint and value Matt and his incredible work SO much!

I have never had a bad experience with this pharmacy. They are always prompt. I rather use them over express scripts or CVS Caremark any day.

Had an rx in March 2023 that was $25 with a coupon. Ordered again 9/23 and checked out the price was $25. After checking out and expecting the rx they told me they doubled the price I had to pay more. BAIT AND SWITCH. They won't do anything about it and want another $25. AGAIN THIS WAS AFTER IT SAID $25 AND I ALREADY CHECKED OUT. Customer service was horrible and didn't help. Guy named Meet gave me a fake number to customer service and was so rude.

This has to be the most incompetent mail order pharmacy I have ever dealt with. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Our vet submitted an expedited prescription for our dog on Monday. They sent over a payment link that didn't work initially and would not populate after inputting the payment info. Then, I did not receive any confirmation or receipt after paying. Spoke with a tech and he said it would ship next day even though there was no option when ordering to select a shipping method, as well as no mention of a predetermined shipping method. Spoke with them this morning and asked for the info and they told me they are waiting on the vet to confirm dosage. Called the vet and they said they have responded multiple times to the same, repeated request re: dosage! The dosage is different for a dog. How many times do you have to have the dosage confirmed? Freakin' insane! Never again...

I have epilepsy to begin with, they are always sending me messages to confirm my medication and refills. I usually get a 3 month supply on my LEVETIRACETAM aka Keppra with a dr order and last week I had to make an emergency appointment with a random doctor cause this pharmacy can’t get their act together ? Not even that I also have one expensive medicine and they only refill when they feel like it I already went 2 weeks with out taking my other medication called trokendi xr because the either can’t refill or ship, sounds like they just want money and not insurance. Keep an eye out on this pharmacy.

I was quoted $70 (on two different calls) for a 90 day supply of a compounded prescription. When I only received a 30 day supply and called to ask about it, they said they were sorry I was misquoted and could only dispense for 30 days, as the product would lose its strength. I then called another compounding pharmacy whose pharmacist said 90 days is totally acceptable for this product and would average $40/month thru them. I'm done.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Carepoint Pharmacy does not do good business. I had a prescription filled and had a question about the cost. I sent a message with the prescription about my confusion on the cose. I thought they were charging me for the entire length of the prescription, but it turned out to be for just one unit. It cost me more than half of my social security check for the month. I tried to return it for a refund as the tube was not opened, but they flatly refused. This is bad business. I wish I could select no stars. I am retired, living on my social security and they just do not care. Their name should be changed to WE DON'T CARE PHARMACY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The absolute WORST customer service i have EVER experienced in my 50 years. Not only were they rude, one hung up on me. The other sounded like she was driving and I was bothering her. I then asked to speak to a Manager and it sounded like she just put the phone down. I waited 15 mins and then hung up and called back. I kept getting conflicting prices on how much i had to pay. Literally each representative (5 in all over 2 days) gave me different prices. They should honestly be ashamed of how they treat their customers. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I’d give them zero stars if I could.My doctor sent in a script with pre approval documents. The med was approved and I received a text. I called and the rep confirmed the approval but told me my prescription drug plan told them that the prescription needed to be filled at a retail pharmacy. I requested that they transfer to CVS in Addison, IL. Days went by and no transfer so I called and the rep told me it was just taken care of.Still no transfer to CVS and the pharmacy called Carepoint. Carepoint advised that they transferred my prescription and personal information to some unknown pharmacy in Tennessee. Gave CVS the phone number that was verified several times before calling. Turns out the phone number was a non-working number.They don’t even know where they sent my info.Doctor send a new script to CVS. I decided to alert my insurance and was advised the medication was initially approved to be filled by Carepoint and at no time were they told the prescription needed to be transferred.What kind of people work here??? It is scary. Checking if this is a HIPAA violation.

Called after my rx was on “received” status for 2 days. Was told I could pay $20 extra or it would be shipped in 3-5 business days. Never going through this pharmacy again. Super slow and horrible customer service. Go through Mandell’s for IVF- they’re AWESOME! RUN AWAY FROM CAREPOINT.
