Recommend to them by Toyota dealership. Certified has the friendly ish staff you can imagine. They ask if you have been helped. The representative comes outside to look over the issue, provides a temporary fix recommendation. Drives the vehicle to see if there are any other noticeable problems. Orders a wheel well cover part and offers to install in the morning....including a written estimate on the spot. These folks are efficient, professional and knowledgeable. Will bring any of my vehicles here for service needs.

Do not bring your car there. They rolled over for the insurance company and missed damage and repaired things poorly that should have been replaced. I Brought a Mercedes to get fix there since they are one of a few certified Mercedes dealer but I would have been better bringing it to an Allstate approved repair place. The car would have been totaled if they found everything but instead I’m stuck with a car having electrical problems, additional damages such as my shock and strut they painted over, and who knows what other issues they missed.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. Their staff has no idea what they are doing. We are continuously told: “ I am sorry I don’t know why they did this.” By the manager.
Paint is peeling again for the 5th time!!! I just had it painted by them again 2 months ago.
I’ve wasted so much of my time bringing my car back down for the pain to continuously keep healing because they have inexperienced workers or won’t take the time to train their staff properly. Their customer service is completely horrendous and they never want to rectify the situation. They just take it and repaint it, which in the same problem happens in another month. I don’t know why they can’t figure out how to paint a vehicle when this is their expertise supposedly…
I brought my car down here a while back after a car accident. Since then, I have been back five times because of their mistakes for me this is an hour drive which before I was hoping that would be worth it for good service. The last service was two months ago and the paint is peeling it again after the fifth time of having problem.
The situation is never rectified. We talked to managers people above managers. All they do is say that they’re sorry they’re not sure why their workers are doing this and they paint it again.
We’ve even showed issues to the current employee when picking up the vehicle which then they said we need to get in contact with someone else and there’s nothing they can do about it now but they always agree that. Yes this is wrong.
Guess who gets to make another hour one way trip to get them to paint it and then let it peel off again. They have no idea what they are doing.
I’ve tried working with them so many times. This has been going on for MONTHS! Horrible company, horrible work, terrible service. Does not take the time to train their employees properly.

Excellent customer service and very transparent and easy to understand process for getting my car repaired. I really appreciate how the manager Tom was able to answer all my questions and give me a great deal on fixing my Toyota RAV4. Thanks again Tom and Team! Also: They returned the car to me just as clean as it was when it was brand new.

They gave me my car back this dents on it . I’m still waiting for it to be fixed over two weeks and wasted two work days for my car. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Zero quality control .***update**** this will be my third time today checking and making sure the work is done right. All I ask is you check the cars before you have the customers receive their cars. Thre days I have to come all the way from Batavia to shaumberg only to find the work not done right.

Greg and Dan were both fantastic throughout the entire process repairing my Mercedes-Benz. If I wanted an update, they were very quick to respond. My car looked fantastic when I picked it up. Would definitely return (hopefully I don't have to). GREAT WORK!

I've been a customer of Certified Collision Center/Resnick Auto Group for over 23 years. I have always patronized their business with the purchases and repair of my vehicles. During my past experiences I have had nothing but good results and courteous customer service. However, after my most recent repair/visit I do not feel the same and can not say that I have received proper or courteous customer service. Five days ago I kindly ask for response and resolution to rectify an improper, flawed, and terrible repair/boby job done on my vehicle at Certified Collision Center/Resnick Auto Group. As of today I still have not received a reply or response to my email or concerns. I brought my vehicle in to have it repaired. My insurance paid over $10,000 for repairs. They did not repair the paid repairs to my vehicle in certain areas of my vehicle correctly. The manager over the technician department saw the issues and agreed to fix them. He advised me that he would need to take my vehicle right in that day and get me into a loaner vehicle while repairs are corrected. However, upon speaking Anna she stated that they don't have any loaners and would not have any until January 2024. As i'm standing there and disbelief, Anna reiterated what she said and added "the company has scaled back on fleet vehicles so that's why we don't have any loaners"! As a customer I can not believe such a large company as Certified Collision Center/Resnick Auto Group would not have a loaner vehicle to accommodate me while they're company fix the errors, flawed repair to my vehicle which should have been repaired correctly during the allotted time that my vehicle was at their shop for repair. You mean to tell me you did not repair my vehicle like it was supposed to and I as the customer has have to wait a whole month before it's rectified and corrected??? No, unacceptable. Please keep in my insurance paid them promptly even before repairs started on my vehicle. Not responding to my email correspondence or via phone clearly shows lack of concern or promptness to rectify services that was not done right at the initial repair. This is unprofessional, unacceptable and very poor customer service that needs to be rectified. The way that I have been treated as a customer is unprofessional and unacceptable. I'm still waiting.....
