I hadn't been in Champs in a couple years and I was honestly unimpressed by the changes they made. Before there were so many diverse styles of Nike and Adidas from graphic tees to sports wear and jerseys. They've now cut these styles by more than half, one side of the store being the "Champs" brand which looks like your run of the mill unnamed athletic wear. Bland and unimpressive, I'm not sure why they changed this way but it wasn't for the best.

I purchased Adidas Samba black shoes in 12/26/2023, after came home checked the shoes and they are defective. One sole of the shoe is white and the other one is black. It was difficult to contact the store by phone or text to try to ask for return because I live far away and can’t go back the store. In the end I spoke with one of the store staff and told me to return it to other Champs Sports retailer stores. It was absurd and very unpleasant with their servers. And they shoes have tag sticker say $80 but the price I paid was $100. What is this?

The prices in this store are absolutely outrageous. The only idea to come here is.... come in and try on shoes or something else and go to a competing store and buy it much cheaper.

I had a great experience there, I was struggling to find some gym shoes and everytime i wanted a pair, they didn’t have the size, Yuli was very kind, patient and helpful and finally I walked out with some shoes

TRASH.i literally just left this store like 25 minutes ago with my family. My husband was in there with my infant son & my brother & sister while I was in lush just a few stores down. My family ended up leaving early because of the garbage customer service they experienced. My husband was asked when he walked in if he needed help to which he responded NO. Okay? keep that in mind.He finds some hats that he likes. He is askedmy humultiple employees if he needs help to which he declines every single time before making his way over to the shirts. He has 2 hats that he likes on top of the stroller, clear as day, as he is pushing my infant son of whom’s birthday is actually today (thanks for that). Because i’m in another store, he sends me pictures to ask me which one I liked more. After this transpires, he is asked 3-4 more times if they needed help by DESTINY in particular.If a customer expresses to you more than twice that they do not need help- that means to leave them alone.After this, DESTINY walks up to him & takes the hat and shirt from his hands as he was holding it before asking AGAIN “would you like for me to hold this up front?”It is at this point that my family realizes that they think they are stealing.He angrily tells her that no, he does not want her to hold them and he actually wanted to try it on befoe she rudely snatched it from him.He tries the clothes on & ultimately decides he no longer wants to shop there so he makes his decision and goes to the front to check out just one hat & one shirt.This was so sad & pathetic as tomorrow is my sons first birthday party & all 6 of us wanted to get a fresh set of shoes, but why would we want to give our money to these people??I’m cool off it. There’s plenty of other shoe stores just in this mall alone.

5/20/23...Stopped by here with my boyfriend and our son while visiting from OH. I was interested in the 4/$25 men's shirts while they were looking at other shirts. We all selected our items then headed to the check out. There was only 1 cashier available & she was ringing up the customer's ahead of us. Another cashier open up but instead of calling next in line (us) over, she calls over the family behind us. After a while, I decided to put my shirts back & take my business elsewhere. My boyfriend still got the shirts for himself & our son.Also, like another reviewer mentioned, the music was way too loud. Not good for those of us with sensory overload.

They do not answer the phone. Needed to know if they have a size of specific shoe I was looking for. The automated call says they’re open until 9. Nope. Close at 8. Drove 40 min for no reason. Champs is the only store that has the show I’m looking for. Will not try again. Would rather spend my money elsewhere and order the show and wait for it. Will not shop here ever again
