I was at the bank today between 3 and 4 pm. I asked this nice man about what was needed to open an account for my mother. So he went and asked someone else since he wasn't too sure. While I waited in the main lobby. He came back with someone else who was already walking at a fast pace towards me. For everyone to hear, loudly claimed, "DO YOU HAVE A CITZENSHIP." I just asked what type of documents were needed to open an account. I didn't give any specifics about my mother. Nor did I ask for a loan that would indicate for that type of question. That man was discriminating me for no reason. Is this bank discriminating their clients? It's extremely uncomfortable for any clients that wish to have their accounts in this bank.

It's been two days I deposited my check and they are not cleared yet. My credit card and rent I couldn't pay on time because of this. It shows me a check cleared with cleared balance even though my payment got returned.

Everyone here is really friendly and helpful. The atm machine inside is really nice and easy to use! I was waiting for help for something yesterday so I checked in, thinking they were gonna take forever, but they got to me in a timely manner. I got to speak with a banker within minutes. I was happy about that since it looked like everyone was busy. I just don't like that you can't do any banking in the drive thru, only atms.
