Their office manager, Ryan Meathe, did a great job of setting me up as a client once more. Thoroughly explained all the discounts available.

Absolutely the worst. After MANY years with them we finally had no choice but to leave. And crazy enough another big insurance company gave us a policy that is almost $100 less a month than the one we had with them AND a lower deductible. The customer service is TERRIBLE. Everyone in that office is terrible AND RUDE and just honestly doesn't give a crap. Which is really sad and pathetic. Your in a customer service job have some! And good luck getting a phone call back... that never happened either. Charles is also never there or never able to talk. So that was a shocker. Oh and to top it off they add claims to your driving record. Probably to jack up the monthly premium like they were doing with us! Oh but it was the claims department that did thay not them they said. They are a joke. Save money and time go some where else. It's a shame that loyal customers can't stay and have to leave after decades with them. But they don't care so it's cool! And I'm saving money and have a friendly agent who calls me!I'd give them zero stars but thay wasn't an option.

Chuck took the time to answer all my questions and explain all the options. Very professional as compared to other alternatives I've been working with. I'd recommend checking this All-State office out.

Sadly, after 10 years of being with Chuck Suda, I found out the hard way that my agent failed to keep me adequately protected on both my home and auto insurance.I say that because with my homeowners, when I bought my home, called up Chuck's office, got it set up, and got homeowners, I asked to make sure I was protected. Well, I had missing coverage that hurt me in the end. Never did the agency reach out to me, "Hey, you're missing this coverage, you should consider upgrading." And even once, I called in because I inquired about stuff it said I did not purchase, "Oh you don't need that." Sadly, now Allstate is telling me to pound sand with my claim.I went over to State Farm based on a recommendation from a friend, and the agency did a through job explaining everything I needed and why I needed it. So, Kinda glad my house got damaged in a less severe way, I would have been SOL should something catastrophic happened to my home with what poor coverage Allstate had. Doing a side-by-side comparison between Allstate and State Farm, I was poorly covered in both my auto and home, I am just glad nothing happened when I was behind the wheel of my car as they explained I could have been in serious trouble had I hit a more expensive car. Really scary to think about...

Allstate was good about paying the claim, but Allstate seems to have a single auto repair shop that everybody is required to take their car to, and which seems to be very expensive. With the high cost of the repair, my car was deemed totaled. It didn't affect me much, since I got paid for the damage, but it seems odd that the insurance company wants to pay so much for repairs. I would think that an insurance company would want to compare prices for car repairs.
