5 stars for my nieces piercing, minus 10 stars for not willing to spend extra 10 minutes to pierce another person's ears. Apparently they have too much income to turn away customers.

My visit at Claire’s was amazing! I came to get my granddaughter’s ears pierced and all the girls were absolutely wonderful!!! It was a great experience!!
