I went in for a simple tire repair a few weeks ago and I have had nothing but problems with my tires. I have had to pump them multiple times a week and the workers don’t seem to be to have any care or knowledge as to why this is.. I will not be going to Costco for a simple tire repair again.

I showed up at 7:40pm with a huge piece of metal in the tire, and honestly I was expecting that they will turn me down - first it's too late and second, the damage is too large. Instead, Orlando smiled and said he'll do everything possible to get it fixed. 30 min later I was installing the tire. Thank you for saving us that night!

I had the tires replaced on my car at the Costco Tire Center. The car was ready approximately within an hour. The price was good and the overall service & experience were great! I will definitely use them again in the future!

What is the point of scheduling an appointment to have tires install and you still have to wait 2.5 hours. Worst then walk jns. Terrible organization and total lack of respect of customers time. Costco - do better and expect more out of your employees. It’s a slippery slope and I’m taking my money elsewhere. Anyone reading this should to. Go to discount tire.

Costco tire Center has two great self service air compressors to fill your tires. I believe it’s nitrogen. There are two compressor machines side for two cars to use side-by-side.

I tried to go into this with a open mind. But do not use Costco for any tire service. They could not remove a decorative Plastic cover from my tires. They used the wrong size Allen wrench first. Then they had the wrong size because it was not MM but SAE screws.Then they asked me if I could take it off for them .They didn't have the right tools or staff to do the job.They never even got my vehicle off the ground.Go anywhere but here . I think aMcDonald's drive thru would do a better job .I will update my review based on the store itself is pretty good. They have good meats and selections.
