I went into the store the other day and Jose helped me with upgrading my phone. He was super patient, friendly and knowledgeable. I’m big on customer service and Jose provided exceptional service. Will def recommend my family and friends to him. You can tell he’s very passionate about what he does and another plus is he speaks Spanish definitely coming back here .

Cricket is annoying to the point that they are locked the unlocked phones, so when I switch to another provider, I can't use my phones. Luckily, Tony was more than helpful to fix this problem, attitude, and knowledge are what calm me and be glad I got here.

Going the extra mile to say the least! Tony is an excellent Exceptional associate for cricket wireless. He didn't have to spend two hours just to get a transfer pin so we could transfer to a different wireless company but he went the extra mile anyhow ! Amazing person! Not many people practice the extra mile principle or the golden rule ! But he does not expecting anything in return ! I recommend buying a phone or any of your data plans from Tony? ! It's was a pleasure and an honor working with him! Thanks Tony God bless you your family and company ?Sincerely Cricket customers! Make sure to come on Saturday!!!

Zero stars. Just walked in this place to attempt to reactive my sons account or get him a sim card since he has been gone away in the military and was told we could not be helped because the only person in the store didn’t speak english. The only english speaking person would return on Monday. 100% absurd. Close until Monday.
