Came here to find specific sandals and Abdullah was so incredibly helpful! He found my sizes and let me try on so many different pairs and would put the shoes back so I didn't have to. Helped me zoom in and out of there because I was in a rush. Thank you Abdullah!

The sales associate Nya has the personality of a brick wall. Came to exchange crocs that were a gift because they were too small for my son and she was less than happy to help. Didn’t explain that I would have to pay a difference OR that it’s final sale AFTER I PAID. She just cuts the tag and says final say. NO WONDER PEOPLE DO NOT COME TO WOODFIELD OR THIS STORE

The store is small and very cramped. When there’s more than 5 people in there it’s hard to walk around. The prices are also pretty steep compared to purchasing online or from an outlet. Unless you need something from the store, I wouldn’t go. Not good for browsing.

the workers are so mean for no reason lol and on the rare occasion they let you in the store, they hover over you and are super weird about everything. i wear kids sizes and asked if they had a certain size and the girl helping me said to look at men's sizes. ??? anyway, I will continue to exclusively buy Crocs on the website because going to this store is a painful experience

Shaquanda was extremely rude, all she talked about the whole interaction was clocking out and she was not attentive during the interaction at all. i’m extremely disappointed and saddened with this service. it’s truly disheartening what crocs has come to.
