Lots of great changes! Offers 2 punching bags, 24/7 gym facility, abundance of free weights and smith machines to grow with, awesome and friendly staff; especially Jonathan!! I notice more sanitation stations around the gym, and the team deep cleaning the locker rooms frequently. Worth the membership 💪

Very small gym. I worked out here while visiting from out of town and the regular gym goers were using multiple machines/stations at once. Very annoying.
