Yes, allow customers to enter prescriptions coupon via online website or portal in advance to determine price difference before picking up prescription. We need to make better price judgement instead of waiting in line while it’s being check. This is not efficient work. It puts stress on us as it holds the line up to halt in place as the same with drive-up. Such a hold-up that I refuse to use. Change for the better. Technology is here so let’s use it correctly!

Wonderful pharmacy! Everyone is so friendly and they are so fast!! I don’t know how they do it! We drive out of our way for this pharmacy because it is so amazing. Very hard to find this type of service anymore. Highly recommend!!

I have gotten many photo items at this location and I have never been more dissatisfied as I have today. On 5/11, I ordered a same-day pickup PHOTO BOOK (this is important for later). It was 7:05 PM when I placed the order. I got an email at 7:35 PM saying that my PHOTO BOOK was ready. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to pick it up last night, so I we went to pick it up this morning.
When I arrived, not only was there NO book, they had just printed out the ten pictures that were supposed to be in the book and told us “we didn’t have the kit to make the book”. They couldn’t have told us this LAST NIGHT when we ordered? We could have tried to transfer it to a different location if we had been informed. This was supposed to be a gift for my great grandma who is in the hospital, so I can’t just give her a bunch of loose leaf photos.
The cashier (Janette) waited for me to present payment. I said we weren’t notified of that kit being missing yesterday. She just said sorry (without actually being sorry, mind you).
So after all of this, we decided to just get the photos alone and try to purchase a photo album somewhere else.
We told the cashier that this was disappointing because we weren’t called, texted, or emailed about the change and that they would only be printing the 10 pictures. She said “sorry we had no way of contacting you” I said “that’s not true. We’ve received phone calls regarding photo orders before”. She just said “oh sorry” once again, without actually being sorry.
To add insult to injury, the cashier STILL tried to charge us the FULL amount for the photo book. Not the cost of what it would have been for the 10 pictures. Why she thought we would still have to pay for the book we never received is beyond me.
It took a manager to process the order by applying a coupon for the difference.
We have received some disappointing pictures from this location before (super grainy, heads cut off, spots on photos, etc) and I'm have never complained. But this transaction was absolutely ridiculous and I am highly disappointed. I will definitely be telling my friends to go to Walgreens or anywhere else for their photo needs.

The team here are always friendly and helpful, If they can save you money they let you know! The store is always clean when I go in. I've also used the minuteclinic and all were professional.

if I could give less than one I would, how are you still in business? I get trying to appeal to a certain crowd, to help your standing in certain communities. it has failed, the stores are overpriced and the staff is terrible fix what's going on inside your stores before you go bankrupt! take a stand with your husband next time. fix your Schmidt!

this is the most horrible experience with the phone app !!! i'm on several meds 10+ and calling after i get the text is a nightmare !!i have spent hours trying to get a pharmacist !!like the other reviewer stated ..... can't believe they are still in business !! i wonder why my meds can't be set up to just mail each time without having to go through this nightmare !!!also why can't i no longer renew my care pass over the phone as in the past ?? i am unable to come in ..... this is a joke !!
