Cvs pharmacy the worst. The girl was mad because I showed up 15 minutes before 5pm. But, I really was there 20 minutes prior. Due to waiting for the pharmacy tech to get off the phone. It wasn't like I was ordering pills. All I needed was a fluoride toothpaste that has extra floride in it. This was on march 9, 2025 at around 540pm. She was so rude. So disrespectful.

Clerk was extremely unhelpful - would not allow me to return an item I'd just purchased to take advantage of a better coupon. CVS' stated policy says I should have been allowed to return the item; clerk didn't follow policy.

I went to pick up a online order and I was waiting for 5 minutes until an employee came to the cashier to help me Name: RAY I hope I didn't bother her while she was on her phone and sitting down at the photo stool she can up to help me until she heard a customer doing a self checkout and two more customers walking in. And little bit of attitude

Worst pharmacy ever. At ER this morning, home with 6 prescriptions at cvs which close at 6pm. i do not have any of my prescriptions because one of them needed clarification from ER and cvs said ER never called back. I kept checking with store thru out day and i told girl i live 2 blocks away at 5:55 and i would send family immediately to pick up the other 5 and she said NO, they closed. I am 84 years old and very sick. I will never use this store again. I will also tell my church groups, my senior groups, my relatives, my friends, corporate cvs about this incompetence. This store certainly doesn't care about the public as represented by their employees! Shame on you!!

Miss Donna,
Last night I went in trying to use the self checkouts that were closed down, but you gestured me over to your register with a smile. After I explained I was going to be annoying and couponing, you were still patient and kind.
I did two transactions, there was a girl with milk behind me. So in between, I asked you to take her. You did, you also checked her expiation date on that milk, read it back to her and asked if that was still ok (even though it expires a week from today).
After she left, you asked why I was nervous. I explained how other CVS stores treat couponers, they’re not patient and they’re not kind.
I’ve never seen someone so diligent, kind and just an all around human in these jobs. Thank you, Donna. You made my night last night

The most unprofessional pharmacist you will ever deal with.
If you speak with a gentleman who claims he’s a pharmacist named “ Milan Thakkr” at this location you’re just wasting your time.
The rudeness and ignorance was comical.
My issue will be reported to the next level as well.

Believe the negative reviews! I was in here 10 min ago and the night staff lady with the glasses was extremely rude! She was shaking her head in irritation because we didn't use the self service machine to check out. I didnt use the machine because my card doesnt work on that machine. There were ZERO customers in the store and she was annoyed to check us out. I've worked at CVS and had to take down a line of 50 customers in under 10 minutes, and I did it joyfully. She has one customer in the entire store and she's frustrated and annoyed. This store needs to hire people who want to work here ?
