if I could give less than one I would, how are you still in business? I get trying to appeal to a certain crowd, to help your standing in certain communities. it has failed, the stores are overpriced and the staff is terrible fix what's going on inside your stores before you go bankrupt! take a stand with your husband next time. fix your Schmidt!

this is the most horrible experience with the phone app !!! i'm on several meds 10+ and calling after i get the text is a nightmare !!i have spent hours trying to get a pharmacist !!like the other reviewer stated ..... can't believe they are still in business !! i wonder why my meds can't be set up to just mail each time without having to go through this nightmare !!!also why can't i no longer renew my care pass over the phone as in the past ?? i am unable to come in ..... this is a joke !!

So today, I go to pick up 2 generic prescriptions dropped off in the morning. A huddle with 3 staff members to discuss it. After 10 minutes in line, they weren't ready. Then I'm told they are not covered by insurance. Thats ok, I offer to pay cash. Another 5 minute huddle with 3 members of staff. Then she tells me to come back in 20 minutes,. I ask her to transfer the prescription to Walgreens.. A third huddle with staff - Now I'm told to call Walgreens. But you have the Rxs.. wow, I'm just stunned at the complete ineptitude. 20 minutes and I leave with nothing.

Came in for covid testing at 10:40, was asked to come in 15minutes early and it’s not 11am and I still haven’t seen anyone. I’m feeling miserable and frustrated that I’m here.

Easy in and out and the pharmacy manager is great. I didn't qualify for the 4th booster shot but the pharmacy manager gave it to me anyway

Used their minute clinic for a rapid Covid test. I was truly how shocked how unprofessional and rude they are. As I'm waiting to be taken into a room the nurse and assistant are discussing pay and how much they dislike working there. Once I get taken into the room, after over 20 minutes of waiting while they gossiped, I was taken back and the assistant was standing in the corner texting on her phone. The nurses and staff are incredibly rude and not helpful.

PLEASE avoid this CVS by any means, especially if you’re going through the drive thru pharmacy. I’ve been waiting at the window for over 45 minutes for a simple COVID test. The worst part is there was no traffic at first. I was the only vehicle. The line is now wrapped around the corner. This is probably the worst CVS location I’ve ever been to. They are unprepared and unprofessional.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Jean at the CVS Kiosk is probably one of the worst individuals I have dealt with in any transaction. Called me, yelling, and requested that I would come to a different appointment time than what I had scheduled or I would lose my appointment. This is supposedly because someone else cancelled and they did not want to wait for me. Before I could answer she hung up and would refuse to have a conversation every time I called back because "she's too busy". I apologize that you have to do your job and do not know how to be a normal genuine person.

Sincere shout out to Kathy (or Cathy), who was overseeing the rapid COVID testing site this afternoon. I unfortunately showed up a few minutes late (I accidentally went to PCR site, not Rapid area), but she still called me and fit me into her obviously busy day. Along with me, as well as a full parking lot, she was knocking us all out within minutes and I got my results within a hour. Thank you again, Kathy.
