I arrived right on time for my appointment. I was told to peruse the dresses on the back wall. 25 minutes later I was approached and shown a dressing room. I explained I wanted a dress for my daughter’s wedding which was a bit more “casual” vs dresses with bling. I asked for her opinion of dresses to try on and she said “You’ll just have to look through our selection “. She brought in dresses which I had interest in and left me to try them on. She checked back 2X to see if I needed different sizes and told me she was also assisting another customer. With 10 minutes left, she told me my “hour” was coming to a close. I had only been in the room for 25 minutes! She told me my hour had started when I began looking at dresses! I have never received such poor service! I went to a Von Maur and found my dress with assistance from the employee in that dept in record time. I would not recommend this shop!

David’s Bridal was great today! Went there to get my mom an outfit for my sister wedding!
My mom is a very hard person to shop for and a tough cookie to handle at times!
The manager went a head and grabbed several outfits to try on and talked her though her insecurities all of women have and really listened to her!
We were able to find her something she really liked and most importantly felt comfortable in!

I was invited to help look for a wedding dress and not only did we find the bride her dress but also my guest dress and another too! All 3 of us said yes to the dress! Diana and Calinda were extremely helpful, kind, and super patient with all of our needs and questions.

I was there yesterday and Calinda was very helpful and patient. It was a wonderful experience. I was there with my mother in law, maid of honor, and one of my bridesmaids and it went amazing. I found the perfect dress for me. I’m thankful for all the staff at David’s Bridal.

My mom and I had an absolutely wonderful experience at David's bridal in Schaumburg. Calinda, my stylist, was incredibly helpful and efficient. They had a wide variety of dresses, inclusive for all sizes and budgets. I would highly recommend this location and Calinda!

Sage was very attentive and listened to what I liked and didn’t like about each dress I tried on. Towards the end of the hour she had pulled a dress out that ended up to be beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. She even matched the vail to the dress.

I cannot get in touch with this store to pick up my dress and they only allow pick ups on Monday and Friday. The phone is disconnected and the online chat robot keeps scheduling Me wrong. Nobody has called me and I cannot talk to any kind of actual human representative for David’s bridal

We had an absolutely terrible experience. From the moment we arrived as walk-in customers at 4 PM, we felt disregarded. We were told to wait, only to see other walk-ins being served before us. Then, we were given false information about a shoe discount, being told we needed a platinum membership when the price clearly stated otherwise. We had to take a picture of the price tag to prove it! After a two-hour wait, the service only worsened. The staff member assigned to us was incredibly unprofessional. We asked for three dresses, but she only brought one, and then completely ignored us to help other customers. We had to ask multiple times for the remaining dresses and a different size. My sister had to dress herself, and I had to help her, while the staff member provided full assistance to customers who arrived much later. It was incredibly frustrating and disrespectful. As someone who works in customer service, I understand the importance of treating everyone equally. The assumption that we couldn't afford or deserve proper service was deeply offensive.
