Definitely worst tire shop ever!
After 3 days in shop
1/22 , 1/23, 1/24 my tire is still flat….
Paid $270 to replace all 4 tire pressure sensors because of one flat tire which is still flat.
“ TIRE SHOP” who send me to another shop to unscrew stupid nut on wheel…
Definitely my biggest mistake

I really wish if they remove the tire and inspect rather than just say replace the tire for anything.

Came in for a free rotation and was instantly upsold by Joshua/tony saying I need to replace my tires. My tires I purchased from the same location are 2 years old with less than 35k miles on them. The tires were measured at 4 (one tire) and the other three 5/32nds and they made it seem like my tires wouldn’t last a week. The sales person Joshua/tony kept trying to pressure me into getting new tires and I had to say no countless times. Finally after saying no more than once they did the rotation. It’s unbelievable how much I had to fight to get my car tires rotated
On top of that their manager claimed the salesman was “educating me.” Stay away from Joshua/tony
It’s not right how they use certain tactics on certain people. Be careful when going here.

Taken over 3 hours to do a 5 minute job of taking the TIRE off of a wheel and replacing it with a new one. Not a full set of 4, just ONE. And it’s not even on the car! I brought the wheel in to get replaced and thought sure this’ll take maybe 10 minutes or so but no. Took over 3 hours to even touch the wheel! Looks like it’s time to invest in my own tire machine since I can’t count on a business to do something fast and easy. And to make things even better, the guy helping me kept trying to sell me on replacing two tires or going with a cheaper tire when I came in for a specific tire and he knew it cause I told him the specifics!

I hate to be that guy, but I have to write an honest review. My cars tire was seemingly decreasing in air even when after filling it up. I called Discount Tire and asked if this could be patched, and they said to come in and that they were not busy at all. They were definitely busy and it was 5pm so I'm not sure why they said they were not busy. They found a nail stuck in the tire towards the middle and not too far to the side where it was not repairable. The employee said he had upsetting news and that it could not be patched and recommended new tires. Recommended not just to replace one of the tires but 2 of them. I said that it looks like it can definitely be patched, and employee refused. Employee also refused to put back the tire on the car due to liability/safety, I said thats fine can you put the spare tire on and they did. Then I asked, how much would it be for the tires, and he gave me a quote for all 4 tires, when all the other 3 tires were completely fine, and quoted me close to $1000 with everything. Interesting... so right after I left I went straight to Costco, showed them the tire, and they said it's definitely fixable. Paid $10 with a patched tire. Might be temporary solution and with black friday deals saw the same tires discount tire was selling at other stores for fraction of the cost. The fact the sole purpose was to just sell me tires at discount tire without attempting to fix, I couldn't really appreciate that.

Drove over a nail in their lot and air was leaking out really quick, stopped to ask if they can patch my tire, one of the guys over at discount tires went outside with me to check what happened to the tire and before he even looked at it he told me its not DOT approved to patch a tire and I would need to get a new one, went across the street and fixed it for 10$, thank for nothing.

They will slash your tire so you're forced to buy. ( I brought the wheel in on 10/21/2024) I'm not one to usually complain, let alone spend the time to post about it, but this time, I'm livid. I'm a broke college student who can't afford much right now, and my minivan wheel had gotten punctured (as seen in the second picture) by a nail. My wheel still has ok tread and didn't need to be fully replaced but when the front desk associate took my wheel through the garage and I met him in the lobby from the main entrance he miraculous found a slash on the inside of my wheel..... (btw when we first took it out of my car, all he found was the white chalked puncture holes didn't mention a slash or see one rill he took it where I couldn't see him).... to slash my tire to try and force me to purchase a whole new one is not how you treat customers, I'm disgusted with your morals.

Tires go low.....it's weather change
Tire goes low....it's a valve stem
Tire has to be replaced, Tears in the inside of tire. they won't let me drive away....ok I got 1 new tire.
They try hard to get me to buy all 4.
It took FOREVER to mount the new one.

Went in to fix a slow tire leak, of course needed 2 new tires and they really recommended 4. Amazing how that always happens. So I agree to the 2 while he kept pressuring me to buy 4. I noticed an extra 88 dollar charge. I asked what that was for. He said, "that was an optional cost". And I said then maybe you should just charge people for it without asking.
Not coming back. Thanks discount tire!

I called them at 4:00 and spoke with Jose to ask if they were busy to change 4 tires on my wife's 2017 ford edge. They said no and to come in. I got there at 4:14 and walked out the door at 4:39 with all the tires replaced. Everyone was really nice and it took no time at all. Fastest work I've ever seen on a car and I really appreciate it.
