I just called my local store and asked if the hours of the store were correct online. The gentleman said yes. I told him I’m sorry he had to work so late on a Sunday, I said have a great day and he hung up without saying anything. Work on customer service, please.

Dollar Tree normally is pretty good. This particular store was understaffed for the day. Boxes waiting to be opened and shelved clogged aisles, some items were completely out. Maybe it was just a bad day.

Couldn't get any help. It was very busy though, but I couldn't find anybody that worked in the store. Besides, the lady ring and everybody up.

I came to buy 4 balloons and the man at the checkout told me that he couldn't serve me and that he was going to serve 5 people behind me and then give me my balloons. I arrived first. It's my son's birthday and he wants to do whatever he wants, here I put his photo and the photo of the people he says I should wait for. he is rude
I paid for my balloons.
I had to stop in front of the house and he said he would take care of me.

One stock kid who was wearing black shorts and a hat (he had bleached hair) today was saying how America was going down and why celebrate Memorial Day…I stepped in while passing him and said Memorial Day is for the troops that fought for this country. Because of them you have a job if you don’t like it here then get out. He smart Alecy said thanks for the insight.

I have not been to this dollar tree in a while and I am disgusted on how it looks inside. It is dirty, over crowded with items and looks like trash inside. I will never come to this location again. Hopefully you do something to clean up this store and make it look somewhat decent again.

This store is a great place for doggy bags and dish soap. Chyna was working the register and was a delight and has a smile on her face. You can't go wrong for service and value.
