Not great....not even good. Disheveled room, standing water in the tub, dirty laundry all down the hallway late at night, one VERY SLOW elevator. Just stay away...

Booked a room with 2 beds as shown on receipt. Upon arrival only single bed available.

Hotel was clean and even had a shuttle bus in the morning to the O’Hare airport (requested) beforehand. Cant complain!
