Cash sale. Took me a year and a complaint to the Illinois state police to get the title. When it came obvious, reprint without mileage or any information besides vin. After a year of ownership fround numerous hack repairs done to vechical. Poor body work, hoses taped together, exhaust manifold patched with fiberglass tape, doors that stick open, windows that stick down, damaged suspension that was hidden with new tires and spray paint over rust and collision damage. One year later 5,000 miles and and now this vechical is parked in storage, unsafe to drive. Worst car buying experience in 45 years.

My son purchased a truck here back in December 2024, he paid for it outright. He still has not gotten the title. The dealership will not pick up the phone, will not call back, they have been told that he has not gotten the title. We even drove down and visited in person. We have talked with the Secretary of State several times and have been told the dealership has not paid the required fees for the title, even now almost 8 months later. We will be calling the Illinois Secretary of State Police tomorrow morning.

Purchased a vehicle from them and had it delivered rim where all scratched up from trail when it was being unloaded car was missing parts was not told about as well to tip it off car had coolant and oil leaks

Had a great experience working with the guys @ drive now. They helped me get into a pristine, classic benz - S class roadster - it operates like new. Unbeatable price & service. The team at drive now provide a service thats hard to come by now a days - They got me a deal in 2 days and had me out of the dealership and in the car of my choice in about 1 hour and 10 minutes. Super grateful for this company and people like them, currently trying to talk my pops into that classic vorvetter so ill be returning real soon! thanks for everything guys!

Had a bad experience when I received my vehicle I ran out of gas
1. The gas cap would not open had to break it to put gas in
2. Salesman claims that the oil was changed it might have been but it leaks so much it was low on oil
3. Missing or broken trim
4. I can’t even drive it
Guess it's my fault for trusting a car salesman and a company that would hide and cover up all the problems
What happened to honesty?

This why used car salesmen SUCK
The 2013 q7 I just bought I got a call from the shop
Leaking oil from 3 places
Missing bolts to the motor mounts
Someone tried to change timing chain missing bolts and used silicone
$5000
I hope you know that karma is a real thing not mad it’s my fault lesson learned. In this world you try to help people when you can I hope this review helps someone not to trust this guy 0 stars 🤬

In order to drive this car with no leaks and and to replace all the missing bolts $12000
I don’t know how you sleep at night lying to people you absolutely knew this car needed lots of work. Karma is real I hope it happens soon😔🤬
