Went into the Schaumburg store. Had $60 off a $200 purchase coupon. Had over $200, but come to come to find that one of the pairs of shoes was excluded. I would have switched out shoes, but waited in line for 15 minutes because there was just one cashier, and the line was much longer when I was done and ran out of patience. Mostly disappointed because I lost $40 worth of discounts that I feel I was entitled to.

Poorly managed. I went here on a Sunday at approximately 3:20pm. I came here for an order pickup. No one was at the pickup desk so I stayed in line for the checkout counter. I was waiting for approximately 3 minutes and the line was not moving. 2 employees were at the counter and approximately 3 people were behind me. A manager stated that one person could come off the checkout counter. Therefore, there were approximately 3 people, plus myself waiting in line for 1 employee to check us out. This was a poorly managed decision as there ended up being 6 people in line before I left for 1 cashier. Customer service was wonderful, but lines were excessively long so prepare for a longer trip.

They lock the doors half an hour before closing. They even see people approaching and will not alter their behavior. Ridiculous. Such bad customer service. And most shoes are cheaper online elsewhere. I go there to try on shoes and then buy elsewhere.

The shoe selection is decent; however, the staff are extremely standoffish / very unpersonable. To the point of feeling uncomfortable and like you’re being a burden simply by purchasing your items. This simple interaction was enough for me to not want to return to this location.

This is the place I always go to whenever I need shoes. After signing up for membership, coupons come frequently and the price is further discounted. You can freely try on and choose from the wide store.

Today was my first time at DSW and I was disappointed. I ordered a bag pack and went to pick up around 7 pm and the girls at the pick up counter was extremely rude. Didn't even greet and asked what rudely what she can do. After I told her I was there for pick up, she went to get my order and put it on the counter without even putting it in a bag and said here. I asked her to put it in a bag which she did but seemed annoyed. Because of her whole attitude I probably won't even return to this particular location.

So easy to find stuff here. To be fair I usually just buy the same pair of Kelly and Katie heels in different color variations, but I love that there are affordable and high end options here. Easy to use promo codes and order anything online if the physical store runs out of anything.
