Amazing service! I stopped here during a road trip because my license plate screw had fallen off. They fixed it for free and were incredibly friendly. It’s rare to find such genuine kindness these days. Highly recommend this place!

These people were so nice and they helped me out with a speedy same-day repair on a Sunday (which was so relieving as I was 3 hours from home!). They also found a problem with my car that I didn’t even know l had. Fair prices and didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need. Thank you! Highly recommend!

Five stars for Express Auto in Schaumburg. Straight shooters and their prices are the best I’ve found anywhere in the Chicago suburbs. No scare tactics, no surprise add ons. Their quotes always beat both my dealer and all others. After bouncing between shops around the northwest burbs, Express Auto is the one I trust. Best auto repair in the Chicago suburbs, hands down.

I highly recommend Express Auto Repair!!
As a women going to an auto repair shop can be intimidating, you always worry about being overcharged or pushed into services you don’t really need. But this place completely changed that experience for me.
Their prices are fair, they take the time to explain exactly what your car needs, break it down in detail, and never try to pressure you into unnecessary repairs. I appreciate their honesty!

I have had 3 of my cars serviced at this station so far. However, the last time I called back - I clarified the cost of changing the oil, indicated the make of the car. When I sent my teenage son, I received a check for $25 more than agreed upon!!!??? I realized that in life, from time to time, something needs to be changed... From today I am changing the car repair shop

Great people and fair pricing! I needed engine repairs done and I was so nervous about being overcharged or take advantage of because I’m clueless when it comes to cars. They were upfront, showed me exactly what was wrong with my car, and didn’t try and butter me up to do more than I needed. Repairs were done quickly and everyone I interacted with was friendly!
