I had an outstanding experience with Adam, the property manager at NSA Storage in Schaumburg. He was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. I recently needed to transfer to a smaller unit as my storage needs had changed, and Adam made the transition seamless and stress-free. He took the time to explain all my options and ensured I was comfortable with the new arrangement. It was a pleasure working with him, and I highly recommend Adam and NSA Storage for their excellent customer service!

The facility is super clean and very well taken care of! Adam, the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful, answered every question we asked, gave us a great tour of our unit and the facility, and was all around an amazing, helpful, kind and made us feel like our belongings are safe at this facility!

Been with this facility long time and through two owners. Current ownership is nice and courteous, but lack ability to act. The security gate hasn’t functioned properly for 3 months straight and on/off again for over 6 months. Taking to others here, we all complain but nothing gets done. I’m not saying don’t rent here, but don’t expect the gate access to work because it seems they are not serious about fixing it anytime soon. They’ll tell you they are working on it, but it’s hard to believe at this point.
