The facility is well maintained and the manager on staff at the time (Branden) was very courteous and helpful in getting over some tech problems that existed. Based on what I saw and experienced I would feel comfortable in recommending this company and site to someone who is looking for a storage unit.

I have used Istorage for about over a year and recently had to upgrade to a bigger unit. The property manager Brandon was a great help, giving the time to look at different units to see what was the best size for me, and was a very easy process to switch over. I had a slight issue with the door code but Brandon did an awesome job at helping out to get it resolved, and also went out of his way to help me carry a big desk. Overall Brandon was very helpful A++!!!

Very clean and organized storage units. Great price for the sizes they offer. And the customer service is AMAZING! The property manager Sean O. was very helpful and even went out of his way to help us while we unloaded our vehicle and helped us up to our unit! 10/10 would highly recommend to friends and family!

This place is a JOKE, the main gate not working for over month now, not secure anymore!!! Not acceptable for gated storage and in front of this they raise your prices monthly over 30% save your time and find other options

Unit is as ready when promised and move in ready (clean). Easy loading/unloading next to elevators.
Word of caution, make sure to check the type of lock you need. Totally my fault, I bought the wrong type. They did have locks for purchase on-site and they were reasonably priced.
