If I could give zero stars to Fabletics I would. I cant review the entire Fabletics so I have to review under store. I had an order that was delivered to me that I never got. They refuse to do refund, and only give back store credit. I have been dealing with them for 3 months reguarding an order i placed with them in APRIL!!! AT ALL COST AVOID THEM!

This store left a bitter taste of the brand in my mouth. I love Fabletics at the price point on their website. In the store, they have everything priced equivalent to Lululemon or Alo.

OMG!! I was so excited that they had my size in store!! I'm a size 3X and the best part is that when I asked them to help me order one of the pieces that they did not have on the racks..they ended up having them in the back in stocks! I was ECSTATIC that I didn't have to wait for shipping and one of the pieces that was sold out online I was able to get! Everyone was attentative. Thank you I'm happy with my in store purchase.

Customer service is lost. They close at 8pm but close dressing rooms at 7:30 because why??I worked in Woodfield mall for years . You clean after the store closes! Laziest workers ever!

For a store that has so many employees working it was really hard to get help. There were several employees and one couple shopping besides us. Most of the employees avoided eye contact and it was obvious they were more interested in their conversation than what was going on in the store. We were able to ask one employee about the availability of sizes. She answered the question but took off before we could ask anything else. We didn't buy anything it didn't seem like anyone would be willing to ring up any purchases.

A false advertisement!! Not only scam you on your “member credit” each month, delivery process takes FOREVER ( 3 weeks) but also quality isn’t there. Customer service is only foreign people who barely communicate. Please don’t support.

Came into the store today around 7:30. Was greeted by a young lady with glasses. Upon entering I said that I was there for the 60% offer that I got in my email. She proceeds to tell me it's online only. She then says she will honor. I said at least I can try them on. She said that is a good idea. I found some pants that I liked and asked if they may have other sizes in the back. She checked and told me no. Normally I'm asked if I want to order them online. I was not offered that as an option. She appeared to be more concerned with cleaning and closing down than helping. About 8-10 minutes later I tell her I want to try on the few things I found. She proceeds to tell me the fitting room is closed. I told you upon entering I was going to try on things. She could have told me that I wasn't going to be able to fit whatever reason. Well I checked my email and she was wrong it was for in store and online. If you don't want to be bothered with customers, close the doors or find another job.

I take back my review. Man I'm highly disappointed. Still waiting on a refund the bank told me it could take 30 days for a refund. I'm definitely not coming back
