I'm close by and use this facility for important business or personal docs needed to be mailed. I have no computer or access to making copies, again these people always help in assistance and I really appreciate having this good location nearby. Great job.

The ladies that helped me this morning gave amazing customer service today at the store . (My receipt says Joyce and I didn't catch the other name) The two ladies were beyond friendly and went above and beyond to help me with my printing! They were delightful! Thanks again!

I would give -5 (minus 5) if there's an option. I went in with kids just to drop small package (only need to scan) and they told us to get out because it closed. We got there before 6 and they didn't do anything at that time. Not blame on Fedex but super bad customer service!

I love this location! Tamara and the rest of the staff are awesome! They helped me out earlier in June when I needed about 100 flyers ASAP. They handled it with ease! Super friendly and willing to help no matter how big the project is. I just ordered another big project for my company and once again super helpful! We will be using this location for every print order we need!

I would give them a zero if I could. Horrible customer service. I went in for a printing job, and was told they could not use the paper I had because it would set there machine on fire... fine but they didnt offer ANY type of solution on what they could do, just left it as a no and helped the customer behind me. So rude!!!

Don't use this place if you actually need something to get to a place on time. We attempted to send something with 2 day delivery and was told they would get it on Tuesday. As of Wednesday, it still had not reached destination. Checked again on Thursday and it was 'out for delivery'. On Friday, it still had not gotten to destination. When we called to find out what happened, turns out our package was sent OUT OF STATE! It was supposed to go to Chicago!! This place held no accountability for the delivery or lack thereof. The response we got was, "we sent it right from here, what happens after it leaves our store, is out of our hands." I struggle to understand how you can call yourself a delivery service if you don't deliver or accept responsibility for not delivering something you said you would.

Needed to print something STAT and it was late at night I didn't really feel like looking and to buy a new ink cartridge at stores. So I decided to call this place and inquire how do I go about on getting my documented printed. I was instructed to either email the document the Center or simply save the document into a flash card and bring it in the Center I decided to email it. You either have the option to bring your own paper or use theirs which would be at an additional cost. It was fast and easy service. Located at a strip mall where there are ample parking. So you really come and go! Additionally the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable . I would definitely come back at this location for future printing needs!

Easily the best Fedex experience I've had! Go see Laura. I was in a bind needing copies inordinately quick, and she went to work for me! Super pleasant and jolly! I'm sure she had a lot of other things going on, but she took care of my order straightaway. Poor thing even got a paper cut while rushing to get me out the door and to my meeting!

I have been to the location mutiple times a week. If you are a regular, they know your name!! Personalized greetings!! I usually make copies and fax in the self service area but I have seen time and time again the staff here figure out solutions for customers! The manager here is also super personable! I came in one day to fax some documents and the self service fax was having problems, but she quickly stepped in and offered to complete the fax behind the counter. What could have been a horrible experience turned into an amazing one! Not only that, but while she was helping me- she was two other people simultaneously. One with shipping and another with printing. Amazing multi-tasking skills!!

I have had many things printed out here and each time the staff has gone above and beyond to make my items perfect. First visit was back in 2012 when we had Menus and a Seating Chart poster printed out for our wedding. The menus could have been better, but I think it was more due to the size we wanted and how many on a sheet, we were cutting it close basically. The chart? Absolute perfection and the employee helping us made sure it was just amazing for our wedding. She didn't have the font we used, she downloaded it to make it match. I brought in the frame and when we placed the chart in there she was hunting for dust, pieces of paper, etc. She would not let me leave until it was great. And how much did it cost us? Practically nothing! We were expecting to spend a lot of money but since we brought in our own paper for the menus and the paper for the chart wasn't anything super fancy, it only cost us around $30 I want to say. Our seating chart still gets compliments 4 years later :) Second visit was for my thank you cards for my baby shower. Again, I brought in my own paper to save money and all they had to do was cut the remaining paper on the card. I did end up having to fold them myself, but that was not a hassle at all. Third visit was for my little girls 1st birthday invitation and Katie was GREAT. I walked in and there was one man at the counter and whatever he needed done took quite a while, but I was in no rush. Once he was done, it was my turn and then more people filed in after me. You could tell the girl was getting a little overworked. The poor thing was there on a Sunday and it was just her and it seemed as though she had not got a break all day. I told her what I needed to get done (50 invites printed and cut) and she was super worried about getting them done on that day and I calmly told her to not worry, I could pick them up tomorrow or throughout the week. That seemed to bring her to an ease. She told me most likely they would be done the next day. About 3 hours later I got a call stating she was done with the job. I still went to pick them up the next day cause I knew they were closing within the hour. The sweet girl went as far as to cut off the extra white edges that the machine would not get so they would look perfect. I hope I see Katie today when I need decorations printed out for the party :)

I switched to this location after receiving horrible customer service at another location! The experience here was polar opposite! They made a great first impression on the phone and continued to impress me with quick, courteous and quality service when I came in to pick up my print job!

Store review: Service is great, prices are not much so... Whenever you ship an item you feel like you are held hostage to the price. If you don't know how much your item weighs before coming in you can't get the best deal i.e. compare to USPS and UPS. I had to stop by here to drop off a overnight document. There was only one customer ahead of me. Staff was friendly and quickly asked if I needed a receipt for my item. Painless transaction. The main reason for 3 stars is the small parking lot that is shared with lots of restaurant and high prices to ship things. The guy in front of me was shipping a box of gifts for a wedding and he was quoted 80 dollars. Wow.... Pros: reliable overnight service, fast, friendly Cons: expensive, but it maybe just as expensive with USPS Hidden deals: None
