This location does not check their FedEx box outside of their front door! I dropped off some paperwork regarding the $30,000 transaction, business transaction with a company in Texas, one week later I went to the store. I told them I had dropped the overnight envelope in the box, they checked the box. It was still in the box!

They are absolutely incompetent, they had my package out for delivery for 4 days before I received it. Now I have another package that could’ve been delivered together but they sent it somewhere else! Their GPS platform is garbage and yet their core business is delivering packages that they have no idea where they are or where they’re going. Absolutely ridiculous!

They just take a picture and leave, they don't ring the doorbell or try to communicate with you.

As an adult had to sign for my package I took off work and lost a full day of wages as a single mother, and your driver didn’t even try to ring my doorbell, he literally entered my condo mail room, stood next to where the condo doorbell is on the wall, took a photo of the condo door and left. Zero attempt was made to deliver here. I was home and when fedex texted me to say my delivery is delayed immediately ran for the door - per photo he took he was there 10:52 am, I was there by 10:54 am and he was already gone, again no door bell ring, nothing was done to actually reach me (not to mention delivery window was 11a-1p but regardless I was home all day!). I called customer service and they can’t call or reach their delivery drivers to notify them even though only minutes had passed and he prob was still in my neighborhood. There’s literally nothing they will do to redeliver same day. There’s no consequences for the drivers or even attempts to make it right so why should they even bother I guess. I cannot lose another day of work. I will try to pick it tonight from their hub in Schaumburg which is a 30 minute drive for me. If they don’t have it there tonight I’m screwed because I have to work tomorrow and cannot be home for re delivery - not that it matters if you’re home or not since the drivers do not ring door bells.

I went on this Wednesday in evening to ship box. I just go on to counter and ask what are the option to ship this one. One guy on counter was directly took me to supplies than said rudely that you have to pack yourself. I know I have to pack myself but I ask that rude person what are options. Then I pack item than he didnot tell me just get select package and come for check up. Then I pack and said declare value, he asked me to open again package since I am at fedex to drop important item and not usps. Then he didnot even tell me this package if I will use it will cost me this much. Later on he said me expensive cost. Then I have to change box again. And he charged me for the box that I supposed not to use if he instructed me in first place. I was not rude like him to tell someone to pack my mail. This is really rude person in fedex but not in usps.

This location has extended business hours compared to other locations in the area! However, you need to have your packages packed and ready to ship. I don’t believe they have printing services to offer their customers here which makes this location a little inconvenient compared to others! The associates are a little rude but frank! I vividly remember how they greeted other people before me and how they treated me differently! Also, instead of helping me with closing the envelopes, they rudely directed me to do it! Well, not everyone in this world ship packages all the time! You guys work chose to work there so you can help others keeping kindness in mind! My review would have been totally different if I was treated the same as others that day!
