I had a deeply frustrating experience with this FedEx location that deserves to be called out. If I’m paying $150 to ship a small package, I expect professionalism, clear communication, and accountability — none of which I received at this FedEx location. I was explicitly told that all taxes and additional fees would be covered on my end. Despite this assurance, my recipient was later invoiced — causing confusion and embarrassment.
When I returned to the store for help, the staff were completely unhelpful and seemed poorly informed. No one took ownership of the issue, and I ended up spending hours on hold with FedEx customer service to sort it out myself.
To make matters worse, the store manager, Dan, showed no concern or accountability for what happened. His attitude was indifferent at best. This location lacks professionalism, communication, and basic customer service skills. I strongly recommend using another carrier or a different location if you expect transparency and competence.

I regularly come in with 10+ packages using my FedEx account, and because the online system doesn’t cooperate, the team here goes above and beyond by manually entering addresses for me without hesitation. Their attention to detail ensures I have all of the shipping options available and that I never leave anything behind when I leave. By far, this is my favorite store to ship from—exceptional service every time!

Had a great experience at this location on Friday. We were helped by Julian. We need to do some faxes and he took the time to walk us through the process using a self-service machines. Very friendly and excellent customer service. Would totally recommend this FedEx store based on the great service we received from Julian.

I've been going to FedEx for years and never had an issue, I went in today to print out a shipping label and there was a "password protected" error and wouldn't let me print. I thought it was very odd, Because this is the first time it's ever happened to me. I ask an employee for help and he told me it was password protected and he couldn't print it out, So I go back to the machine to try and do it myself again, This time it printed, But the size was way too big, So I ask the same employee for help in resizing it, He asked if it was for the same thing or different, I said it was the same..So he came over with the correct size shipping label and compared them, To see if it was the same and then told me.."Actually..I was going to charge you for this at the desk" So I said ok, Not thinking much of it..Then another employee told him to not charge me because I already paid for the one that was too big.
So I realized that he was able to print it out and decided not to give it to me because it was "password protected" and waited until I printed out the same label to give it to me and then proceeded to overcharge me until the other employee spoke up. I don't know who the heck that employee thought he was, Some gestapo safeguarding a shipping label from me because of a stupid glitch in their system that said it can't print because it needed a password to print?! WEIRDO.

Refused to ship my OneWheel even though I had the label for it. Prime Pack & Ship, which was next door, accepted my OneWheel and packed it for 1/5th of the price.
