Everything was fine until a week later.They told me they did all the fluids in my car.And then I have no windshield wash your fluid.
Otherwise the service was fine quick and easy.

We arrived at the Firestone store after 5 PM on a Sunday before a holiday, and even though it was closed, Diego and the technician Kalub were incredibly helpful. After a long trip, two of our tires needed inflating, but the cold weather made it impossible to do so at a gas station.
They not only inflated the tires but also replaced part of the valves and gave us new caps for all four tires, as the old ones had cracked due to the cold, causing air leaks. Their professionalism and willingness to help after hours made a big difference. Highly recommend their exceptional service!

I had a flat tire on a cold night around 7:30 pm, and I was worried I wouldn't be able to get help so late. But the team at Firestone Complete Auto Care on Golf Road in Schaumburg truly went above and beyond. Despite being close to closing time, the manager made sure I was taken care of, fitting me in for service and ensuring my car was safe to drive. Thanks to their quick and professional work, I was able to drive my car home, which was an hour away. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and kindness shown during a stressful situation. Highly recommend this location!

I understand that things can be busy when entering, but nobody should have to wait 4.5 hours for an oil change appointment. It's not the first time that I've had to wait hours for an appointment either. 1 time, okay could be a bad day, but multiple times? A notice saying they're extra busy or not saying it's only a 1-1.5 estimated time could have helped so I could arrange a ride and come back later.
Oh and they sent an inspection report twice with someone else's name on it instead of mine
