Tay thank you so much for your help today we really appreciate your patience and willingness to assist us the way you did both times we visited the store .Service impeccable each time .To the gentleman with the braids I wish I had gotten your name my apologies but thank you so much also for your help you were also very accommodating and we appreciate that . Also to the lady whom assisted us with figuring out another shoe for my son and the suggestions you made were very helpful as well , and good luck to your baby starting kindergarten Wednesday. The whole team was an absolute asset thank you and we also appreciate manager Justice for accommodating our transaction today you all stay blessed :)))

I’m extremely disappointed with management and how poorly my exchange was handled. The MOD for this location on 1/11 12pm couldn’t have mishandled an exchange any worse than she did. Zero eye contact because she wouldn’t stop toying with shoe laces. Trying to be understanding that post holidays is a horrible time for returns and exchanges, but as a manager one should definitely be handling customers better than I was.

Weird management- Applied here a month prior their first call back. Had the interview, probably one of the most awkward interviews ever mainly having managers who are monotone and non chalant is a common thing for this company. The manager calls me 5 days later during my work hours in which they knew due to the interview. So already calling me was frustarting, but its worse its when you suggest another manager from a different location is okay with you working there. Just an odd suggestion from the getgo, in which later they denied my application.
I'm seeing these bad reviews for a reason in that the culture of these employees need to change. Lazy and tired is what I seem to put it as. I've worked for this company for two years so I know what type of people are attracted to this job, mainly young uneducated people. Would give this a 1 star review for this dying store.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The staff is rude and unhelpful - 2nd time I was told to process my return (with a receipt) at Foot Locker. This time I asked why she couldn’t go it and she said fine she will and called her manager over. No explanation why she couldn’t in the first place but just said you can do this at Foot Locker vs the kids store. Definitely won’t be buying from them again.

I needed to return a pair of shoes for my son which I realized too late that I deleted all of my emails yesterday. I truly thank Ramon, and Gil for helping me out with the exchange of size I needed. They were amazing and helpful with me overall patient. Thank you guys!!

Horrible customer service. The employee walked away from me mid sentence. When showing her a shoe was showing in-stock she gave me attitude saying it’s not and that her system was more updated then online. How am I supposed to know that your system is not up to date? What’s the point of online if it’s wrong? All 3 of those girls in there looked mad to even be there.In addition they didn’t answer their phone prior to our arrival. We tried two times, just to make sure the shoe was in fact in stock.

For being as busy as they were, they definitely have the organization and process down packed! I went with the family on a busy Saturday afternoon and the place was jam packed. The employees all seemed like they knew how to handle the massive amounts of people shopping and trying on merchandise. The checkout line was smooth and orderly.As organized and stocked with inventory though, it's a little too many people for my shopping likes.

Staff were very polite and professional. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful, staff offered to check availability. I never once saw an associate in a bad mood. They really make it where you have to keep coming back. Made my visit very easy. Will be getting my next pair from here as well.
