They never answer the phone even when not busy they sit and talk to each other all day what a shame just forget about the customers I see why footlockers are closing left and right

I’ve gone to so many shoe stores and this has to be by far the worst! I should say horrible customer service & experienc! Not only is the “store manger” horribly unprofessional so are the employees. They make up their own rules and decided whether or not they want to have a stick up their ass. This place needs to be shut down!!

I didn’t get the chance to leave a review due to the holidays but today I have time & I’ve been wanting to leave a review only because Alex & Rubi really helped me out during the holidays! I accidentally ordered some shoes for my daughter online that weren’t her size, they were too small on her & Alex was able to switch them out for me to a bigger size for my daughter. He saved Christmas for me! Alex if ur reading this, thank you! It means a lot to me that you did that. Wishing you all the best year to come!

I had a terrible experience at Foot Locker Woodfield Mall on 11/23/24. The “store manager” , Alex, was rude and dismissive from the start. I came to pick up my reserved Jordan Threes (size 13), but Alex claimed only size 11.5 was available without even checking my reservation. The pair I received had orange and glue stains, and when I politely asked for an exchange, Alex rudely refused, saying other pairs were reserved. His attitude was nasty, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Alex should learn how to speak to customers. I will not be returning to this store.

Was charged 2 times for 1 pair of shoes. Called the store 19 times to talk to an associate about it. No one answered. Horrible service.

I have made a purchase of two shoes , which one of them is samba model and The other pair was a gazelle model. Long short story I return them. And I have no receipt payment for both of them because they're the same price. Both of them. They say they return my money on the bank. And the only return for one pair? I double check with the bank. And the bank says that they receive only one payment. Of seventy seven in dollars. This is very absurd and disappointing of this store. I will never do a purchase year and ever ever again. The tractor to scam you and steal your money

The staff here is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. They dealt with the business of the sale extremely well and made every customer feel seen and heard.
This store didn’t end up having the shoe I was looking for but other than that I would definitely recommend

Ramon so mad at customers coming in 10 minutes early. He was so bogus looking at everyone with an attitude problem.
