I called the store to see if they accepted SHEIN returns. The lady explained the process that I needed to go through on my end and then when I said, “Okay, thank you,” she then just hung up on me without saying anything, which seemed extremely rude. Then when I came in to do the return, a woman helped me with the return (assuming it was the same woman) and she was very unfriendly. When I asked the lady if she could please throw out a plastic bag for me that I had brought my return in, she just came across as very rude and irritated and not what you would expect from a manager…no “have a nice day”…nothing, just had a very nasty demeanor overall. The reason I gave two stars was that it was a nice store and the other cashiers seemed friendly. I just worry about their wellbeing for having to work for a manager like that.

I was at the door 2 minutes before they closed & 2 hispanic females were blocking the entrance & said they were closed. I told them I knew what I was going to purchase I just needed to grab it & go pay but they refused. I’ll be returning all the items I purchased 5 mins before this! Poor customer service.

They said they cannot take my shein return becuse they don't have poly bags.That is not my problem at all.I will contact shein to let them know that forever 21 don't want to take my return!

Perfect customer service at Woodfield, Schaumburg, IL. Paulina, the Store Menager is very professional, knowledgeable, MJ is always very helpful and a very friendly Leova in the fitting room. With out those 3 best, hardworking employees that store won't be the same.

?‼️TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ‼️?
I WALKED IN WITH 2 BIG SHOPPING BAGS. I WAS VERY TRANSPARENT. I ASKED THE CASHIER CAN I LEAVE MY BAGS BEHIND THE REGISTRAR AS, I SHOP. SHE SAID THEY WILL GET IN TROUBLE. OK NP...AS I SHOPPED THEIR WAS A LADY FOLLOWING ME LITERALLY EVERYWHERE I WENT. I ASKED FOR A ROOM TO TRY MY CLOTHES ON. SHE TOOK 7 PIECES OF CLOTHING TO THE FITTING ROOM. AS I TRIED THE CLOTHES ON THEIR WAS A EXTRA CENSOR IN THE POCKET OF THE JOGGING PANTS. I TOOK IT OUT THE POCKET AND PLACED IT ON TOP OF THE MIRROR (WHICH I THOUGHT WAS ODD). BECAUSE, I WAS STILL TRYING ON CLOTHES. AS I WAS TRYING ON A SHIRT A PAIR OF EARRINGS THAT WAS ATTACHED TO THE TAG INSIDE OF THE SHIRT (WHICH WAS SUPER ODD). I PLACED THEM ON TOP OF THE MIRROR. HENCE I WAS STILL TRYING ON CLOTHES. LADY ON THE DOOR AS I WAS PUTTING MY CLOTHES BACK ON. AS SOON AS I OPEN THE DOOR. SHE SAYS "WHAT IS THAT STUFF ON TOP BECAUSE, THAT WASN'T THERE EARLIER. I TOLD HER EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED. I FELT LITERALLY SET UP‼️‼️‼️ I TOLD HER I DON'T STEAL, SHE COULD CHECK MY BAGS‼️‼️‼️I DON'T PLAY THOSE GAMES‼️‼️‼️I HONESTLY KNOW SHE DID IT‼️BECAUSE, HOW DID IT GET THERE⁉️ I HAVE HER BACK 6 PIECES OF CLOTHING. I TOOK 1 TO THE REGISTRAR AND I HAD 1 WAITING AT REGISTRAR FROM SHOPPING THRU THE STORE. THE LADY WAS OLDER WITH SILVER EYE SHADOW ON WITH A ACCENT. I'LL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN‼️‼️THE GUY WITH THE BLONDE HAIR WAS UNPLEASANT. I'VE HAD OVER A MILLION VIEWS ON MY REVIEWS. I'M HOPING THIS WILL REACH THE MEDIA OF SOME SORT?‼️?‼️?‼️?‼️

This place is a sweat shop. Literally they don't have any ac and they won't fix it. Almost passed out in the dressing room. Feel really bad for the employees. One cashier told me it's been like that for months and all they have are cheap ac machines that don't really blow out cool air. This place should be reported to the health department working conditions are horrible.

Cashiers just throw every in the bag without folding. Purchased over 10 items, they all got wrinkled because the cashier rolled them all into a ball and thew it in the bag.
