Excellent quality work, done 5 days ahead of schedule and did not have to bring it back afterward for additional work. There was a clip that was forgotten about on the hatch for the cargo cover, but I luckily had a spare one and easily popped it in. Overall very satisfied with the work and would bring it back since it is only 10 minutes from my home.

I took my car to Gerber to repair scratches on the drivers door of my car. I was booked for a quote, and the very next week my car was in the shop for repair. Tom texted the progress of the repair, so their communication was very good. I was texted when the car was ready for pickup. It looked fantastic -- like brand new. They took the time to explain the repair, as well as the do's and don'ts of after paint repairs (time frame for washing/waxing). I am very happy with the outcome of the repair. Gerber takes great pride in their workmanship.

Never had to deal with auto body repair since I have done it myself or taken it to a friend's shop, but in this case it was my son-in-law's vehicle damaged in a fender-bender in Chicago. Never had to call them, they gave daily updates and finished the repair 4 days early. They responded to questions via text and e-mail. I'd certainly use them again.

Everyone at Gerber was extremely helpful (words can not even describe how helpful/knowledgeable everyone was). Dawn explained everything to me in a way I would understand and honestly, took care of everything, including the rental car. There was a slight mishap/miscommunication regarding the location of the Enterprise location I wanted to use - but Dawn handled it behind the scences and I didn't have to do anything. I also spoke with Mike (I think that was his name - I apologize if I am wrong) but he took the time to explain EVERYTHING to me that was done/completed on the car (even though I personally didn't understand everything). It was the most seemless process I have ever encountered (especially since this was my first accident). I highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass,

Very professional, kept me constantly updated, did great repair work, and the car was ready on time.

My insurance rep suggested that I take my car to the Garber location in Schaumburg for Repair.
For minor suspension work And body work, it took them 50 days.
Once I received the car back, I saw so many corners were cut with the repair. I did not feel safe driving that car. I took it back to another location, it is being repaired now. Total Repair time so far has been 54 days, and I still don’t have my car.
I will never take my car to the Schaumburg location!
I will update the review once I receive the car.

Excellent work. My car looks brand new. Production Manager Mark Lutz kept me informed the whole time about the progress of the project and completed work ahead of schedule. I highly recommend and in the event that I have another project on either of my vehicles, won't hesitate to bring them back to Gerber. Thank you!

I have never had items stolen from me by a car repair shop, brake service, tire shop, or oil change car location other than this car repair shop. Employees from this location stole from me what the car thieves didnt. I had to bring my car here due to my car being stolen and was overwhelmed and foolish and left items in my car. But you also don't expect employees to go through your glovebox or consul and steal.
