“I type this as I wait for an arrangement that was supposed to be ready by 1:30 and it is 1:45 now and lord only knows how much longer I’ll have to wait. I ordered ahead with plenty of time for my stuff to be ready on time. Absolutely ridiculous to keep someone waiting on something that should’ve been ready.UPDATE: This location has reached out to me privately to address the situation and has since compensated me for my inconvenience.
