This is my first time using GLM. They did an individual tax preparation, which was fine, but very poorly treated when I had questions. I started discussing these same tax questions before the filing deadline, but we agreed to postpone them because they were very busy. My accountant didn't listen, complained repeatedly he wasn't getting paid but didn't even offer me that option or hourly rate, got angry if I didn't understand, and told me to go take a tax class. My questions were precisely was is described on their web site as services available under tax preparation. I contacted their management, and was told to find another firm. They refused to give me their hourly rate, a different CPA, or any other resolution. I am being denied access to advice, a service that they are contracted to provide. This is not my first time using a CPA to do my taxes, and I have never been treated like this.
