I just wanted to buy some protein powder but this roided out freak out right refused to sell me anything unless I signed up for their rewards program. Do you guys train all your employees to force customers to sign up for your worthless rewards program or did this psycho somehow slip through your hiring process?Based on the other reviews from other customers, it seems like this is your policy. You guys must be onto something with this new business model. It's pure genius. Customers will leave without buying anything!

Wanna see what happens when you take too much artificial testosterone and ball shrinking roids?Come to this GNC and ask for the bald bro.I have been spending $100 a month at this store but will never be returning. The bald man at the register refused to sell me the supplement I went in for because I would not give him my phone number for his pyramid scheme. He lied and told me it was store policy even though I have been buying supplements there for years without issue. If this really is a new policy that GNC has put into place, then they are losing a lot of business. I know I am not the only one that walked out empty handed because of this.

Don't come to this GNC! The bald man working there got mad at me because I didn't buy his personal supplements and then refuse to sell me what I went in there for because I didn't want to give him my phone #.

I went into the location. The staff was very nice and incredibly helpful. The only thing I am going to say that I was frustrated with is the fact that they sold me expired products. Some of the bars had been expired for 2 months and it left a very poor taste in my mouth. Don't think I'll be going back again. I will definitely just order them online.

That bald guy Alex was very helpful and definitely knew what he was talking about. It made me feel safe with buying new things because he sounded confident in what he was selling. 10/10 would shop again

I walked in to the store and inquired from the attendant for vitamins. I mentioned that I'm undergoing surgery next week and I was looking for something that would help my body to recover, and feel better during the healing process. She suggested a product that seemed to be ok, so I paid for the (expensive) stuff and went out the door. Just to find out that the product she sold me had a warning in very fine print that says; do not use this product for two weeks prior to surgery And according to what she said the membership (that I never use) was gonna be free. (not true she charged me for it) To get the money refunded back into my bank account was not an easy task; first, she tried to convince me that the warning printed on the box is just not true, that it was ok for me to consume the product just don't do it on the day of your surgery. So, I decided to obey the warning and said I just wanted to return the product and get the money refunded. She asked if I wanted to come back the next day so that their manager could explain the whole thing to me? Again I said no thank you refund me the money. Then a series of questions followed and I had to prove with a government ID that I was the owner of the debit card receiving the credit. Then, she called the manager regarding a "failure in the system" and she got instructions on what to do, and when finally I was going to get a refund, I noticed it was short $15, then I had to ask the reason why I was not getting a full refund and she said she was not going to be able to refund the membership charge. Then, not happy I said ok give me the product, I'll come back tomorrow perhaps your manager can help me regarding this transaction. That's when she said, okay I'll give you a full refund and we had to start all over again with those questions and proof of ID What a moment.

Some guy that works there wasted my time and gas by lying me to take my items purchased from the Website to the Franchise store over at Golf Rd. Because they are a corporate store and don't handle returns. I cant believe i was d*** enough to fall for it at first. I was just too tired to think it through. But yeah Why would a Franchise store handle returns made from a Corporate website?! Thanks to the guy over at Gold Rd for being honest and telling me he is just trying to screw me over. Someone needs to fire him.
