The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful with any questions!
Hotel is very clean, many amenities; pool, gym, free breakfast buffet with many options!
Rooms: Very clean and a nice size. Bed was comfortable.
Walkability: Walking distance from tons of restaurants and great shopping across the street!

Amazing Hotel and great service. Front desk staff was great and Breakfast staff was great. Gina in the breakfast area was very helpful and went out her way to help out. Would definitely go back.

Wonderful hotel! Very clean, nice neighborhood with lots to do and see nearby. Breakfast was delicious, eggs, potatoes and sausages were plentiful. Nice employees. Thanks for a great night's sleep!

Our stay at this property was amazing, room was clean, I do like to mention Tony at the front went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. He was so so helpful, also the GM was understanding and supportive. I will definitely stay again.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were great. Pool was small, but acceptable. The smell of skunk permiating the building was a bit uncomfortable explaining to the kids, but thankfully they bought the story of the skunk family living outside. ?

Decent location since we needed something close to the airport. However, smelly carpeting in the room, AC unit that blows cold air right in the direction of the beds like a hurricane, loud, cold, and obnoxious, toilet that doesn't flush properly, sink that doesn't drain well. Breakfast was average, nothing to write home about. Interactions with the front desk were pleasant.

I came here mostly to talk about the front desk service I received from Jenna, she was very professional, knew what she was doing, and all around the sweetest person, would definitely recommend her for any questions. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, as we only stayed two nights. They are located right near a mall so it gave my husband and I something to do for our time there, food was good for being a hotel as well.
Nearby activities: Right next to Woodfield mall, big enough mall to last two whole days!

Great hotel next to the mall. Breakfast was good enough to not have to go for breakfast somewhere. Room is nice. Location was great. Right off the freeway and located right next to the mall.

The property is slightly outdated but the service is phenomenal. Ms. Gina in the breakfast area was extremely helpful and always greeted us with a welcoming and kind personality. Overall a great stay.

Clean hotel. Friendly stafff. Decent free breakfast. Spacious rooms. All and all no issues with this hotel other than there really isn’t much in walking distance except Granite City Grill. Woodfield Mall is walking distance but it’s a pretty long walk. I have stayed in worse…but I have stayed in better also.
Rooms: Clean and spacious with fridge and sink.
Walkability: You can walk as it’s quiet in the area, but other than the mall not much to see here.

This was my first time in Schaumburg, IL. And the First night will probably a memorable one, as my daughter got stuck in the bathroom due to the door being jammed and it unable to open & the fire department had to be called to open the sliding door. My daughter and I are still laughing about it, however I just want to thank “Shaina” who was working the night shift, who was so calmed and professional about the situation. She handled it well! I was working the morning shift front desk (guy with tattoos) and even though the rooms weren’t ready for me to transfer. They kept me updated on the process! You both did amazing. & I will come back as a customer! I was not disappointed. :) thank you for your professionalism & service!!
Con: I really just wish people understand, this is summer time and we all want vacation away from our homes. I know we all have young ones but. It’s rude to put “notes” on other peoples door , (it was not my door) however, I saw it on my way back to our rooms after my girls and I went to the pool. , I understand because it’s “quiet time” people need sleep but keep in mind others also on vacation.you Have to realize, “you’re not at HOME!!!” It’s the weekend! Not a business day!
Not all of us are purposely trying to stomp around your surroundings. Keep in mind , they’re children! Not everyone are doing these kinds of these on purpose.

The sliding door for the bathroom was a little weird and I disliked that our room was adjoining someone else's. But, the room was clean and the staff was absolutely spectacular.
