I decided to get a new rc car and could easily order online but I don't like waiting so I drove 30 minutes just to see what this store have, the car that I wanted was in stock different color I asked if I could open the box to see it but since is factory sealed he say no, so I look at pictures on line and I ended getting it, he hook me up with battery and charger, over all it was a pleasant experience looking forward to come back soon.

Was actually pretty busy. Had a model building/painting class or something going on but everyone was friendly and helpful. A bit on the small side from other hobbytowns I've been in but they had what I wanted.

Got my first car here. The staff made some great recommendations and were very helpful. Ended up with a friend ECU after the first drive (no fault of the shop). They had me bring it back in and got me into a replacement the next day and I ended up buying another whole car. They were so friendly understanding and helpful, and even recognized who I was when I was walking up to the store from my phone call and had everything ready to go. I'll be a customer for as long as I stick with the hobby.

Recently took up Gunpla and was looking for a local place to get it. Pleasantly surprised that their prices are comparable to online stores. Definitely prefer to shop local over online.

Stopped in here on a Saturday to pick up a part for my Traxxas. Michael was very respectful, responsible, and helpful getting me the part I needed. He also informed me of new Traxxas and Arrma models that I were interested in. Overall, Michael and the Hobbytown Schaumburg team provide top notch service at good prices. Thanks Michael!

Stopped in new to the RC world the young gentleman that helped me out was beyond great very fair straight forward advice for a newbie like myself happy I came here and finally made the move beyond happy with my purchase and service I got thank you wish they could email you your receipt as well im in sales we always give that option kinda sketchy they only give a physical copy as the only option overall great shop from my experience
