I recently had the pleasure of visiting Home Depot and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by Chris G and his manager, Traci. From the moment I entered the store, Chris was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my needs and guided me to the right products with patience and expertise.
What stood out even more was the support and leadership demonstrated by Traci. She ensured that the store was running smoothly and that all customers were receiving top-notch service. Her professionalism and dedication to her team were evident, and it was clear that she fosters a positive and efficient work environment.

Vince is the rudest associate i have ever encountered at any home depot. He was pushy for me to do some installation even tho I have no intention to even get one done. I was stopped and he did his used car salesman tactics. I only came here for light bulbs and he was a real life pop up ad. I spoken to the manager about him.

The employees are very rude and pleased with the service, have been coming here for years after dealing with some unexperienced child that’s gonna give me attitude I will take my business to a different store from now on

Strictly for the paint department dude. Seemed he couldn’t be bothered, busy on his phone. When I asked for DTM (direct to metal paint), he said “basically any exterior paint is fine”… I’m a painter. That’s not true and that’s not what I asked. Went and found the DTM on my own. Asked him to mix a color. Still on his phone, didn’t bother to open the gallon after to verify it mixed well… if you hate your job, get a different one!

Merril is possibly the worst employee they have, she messed up my blinds order and now it’s taking forever to complete the project. The superior installation service is also awful they don’t listen and make multiple mistakes. If you need window treatments avoid this Home Depot like the plague

I visited few home Depot stores and always got help with whatever I need to get, only at these store in Barrington Rd ( St Charles) I went to the pro desk and they didn't know what to do to help me, please give some training to these workers, I use to buy special order in different home Depot stores and always got answers for whatever I need,
