Otherwise you have to ask staffs which some are helpful and some just gives basic info. Was here to buy painting stuff and the guy was very helpful. Ken in flooring and blinds has helped us so much over the years. Recently helped me with multiple window coverings. He is accurate and clear and so kind. The staff at the service desk are always knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Love the garden center in the summertime.”

“The customer service from the employees at this location are top notch. I am from St. Louis, MO. and was in town for a hockey tournament. Thirty minutes before we had to be at the rink, my son noticed the blade on his stick was broken. We had a backup stick, but it needed to be cut to size. We went to this Home Depot location and a wonderful gentleman named Patrick took us over to the area that you can use the hand saws, and cut the stick for us himself. We were in and out of the store within 5 minutes and were able to make it to the rink just in time. I can't thank him enough for his generosity, it would have taken me much longer to saw the stick myself!”

“Retail Stores are difficult to review, because it's all about the layout, mobile site, and CUSTOMER SERVICE. Home Depot is no different from any other home remodeling store, except I find their stores are much easier to locate items than other stores. I can be in and out of the store in 10mins because it's easy to navigate. For those who don't shop at Home Depot very often, then your smart phone will be your best friend. Simply search their site for product (make sure you to have the right location) and in return their site will provide the aisle and Bin#. Super Helpful. A store isn't a great store without great employees. I had a question about a product and one of their employees took his time to explain the pros and cons of several different products depending on the nature of or current situation. This allowed us to make a sound decision on which product to purchase.”

“Ever since i moved to the area i have been in the bartlett location on a weekly basis. Nihad has been my go to guy! Every time i see him he has been working with other staff on improving with resolution and quality talks. The past two visits i went to say hi but saw he was busy working with other associates. So i didn’t want to interrupt. It is good seeing good management in place and see how looking for solutions by talking it out is always much more effective. The people overall seem to care about your experience and its a great environment to shop in. Thanks home depot!”

“I am always in awe of how helpful some of these Home Depot employees are when I have questions about anything and everything Home Depot related - installing string lights, fixing things around the house, and this time, painting! Matt (in the painting department) was super helpful in answering all my questions, pointing me to all the materials I needed, the expensive and the cheaper options. As a first time painter, I didn't even know all the questions I needed to ask. I showed him what I was planning to do, and he gave me even more tips...things I would never think of! It seems like every time we come to Home Depot, 4/5 times we'll talk to an employee who has experience in what we're trying to do and great advice with how to do it and what materials we'd need for buy for it. With their expertise alone, I wonder why they don't get paid more. Thanks Matt and Home Depot for a great experience.”

“I had the best experience starting with Dave in appliances. He was knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I had an issue with my LB range that I purchased in November. I went in and spoke with Dave not only did he hear my concern but called me back two days later with some additional information! After still not getting anywhere with LG CS, I called Lashaun (sp?) the store manager and Stephanie (I am assuming the assit store manager). Both of them have been incredibly helpful. They have called back, they have called LG and helped me with the issue I was having. Without their help I don't think I would have gotten anywhere with LG. I will shop at this tore again simply because of these 3 people. Thank you Dave, Lashaun and Stephanie - you have been amazing. I cant wait for my new range to be delivered on 2/8”
