Habitat for Humanity ReStore Arlington Heights

Thrift Stores, Home Improvements
Hours: Habitat for Humanity ReStore Arlington Heights is a 37,000 sq ft retail center that accepts donated new and gently used home improvement and building materials. The materials are sold to the general public at great prices, and the funds raised support the home construction and Critical Home Repair program of Habitat for Humanity of Northern Fox Valley, while also diverting usable materials from landfills. Customers describe the store as a fantastic thrift store with a great selection of new and used items, though some note that the premises are not always inviting, and the staff can be unfriendly at times. Despite these minor drawbacks, the store is praised for its contribution to a great cause and the opportunity to find unique and unusual items.
