We were in town for the 40th Annual PinBall Expo and the staff here were super nice, the shuttle was convenient as well. The rooms are great with an extended stay feel. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options.

I've been here at this location for awhile and staying longer. I literally cannot think of one thing here that has has been bad, IN FACT I have noticed that everything here has been above and beyond what is required...BY FAR. I came here from a week downtown and this location staff, rooms, breakfast, certain attention to detail and guests needs puts the Magnificent Mile location to shame. I stand on this. The people that I see leaving bad reviews here for Schaumburg are definitely either entitled neurotics, not too smart, or just flat out liars.

Not so good experience at this property. It's poorly managed, with cheap, quick fixes everywhere. The franchise owner needs to seriously invest in improving this place. Many of the room doors don't close properly, leaving gaps. Faucets leak, and door knobs don't work right. Hilton should really reconsider its association with this franchise. I've stayed at many Hilton properties, and this one is easily one of the worst.

Rent at your own risk I am a diamond member. I have stayed over 300 days in the last 12 months at Hilton hotels last two years. I probably spent over $50,000. at this particular homewood, location in Schaumburg. I have been treated like dirt. I was told that I was asking for too many rolls of toilet paper too many rolls of paper towels, so I went out and bought my own, furthermore there was a guest upstairs from us from Monday through Friday. Every time they took a shower leaked like buckets of dirty water in my shower. And bathroom. They did nothing about moving that guest to alleviate the problem. It went on for five days until the guest checked out. It gets worse and worse and worse we do not recommend this is the worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed at.

Last week, I checked in at this hotel when I was visiting family & friends & running errands. This was the first time I have stayed in a Homewood Suites & this hotel was very posh for it's size! This hotel reminds me of a nice townhouse complex & had everything to offer. It was clean & you're near all the businesses & restaurants. I loved staying here!??

Decent, the guy at the front desk was not very helpful as he didn't speak English well.
Probably would choose another Hilton location nearby before coming back here.

It's been almost two months since I've been staying at this hotel, and I can confidently say that the staff is excellent. From the breakfast team to maintenance, housekeeping, and reception, everyone is simply wonderful. Every member of the team is always ready to help with a smile, making the stay very pleasant. I want to give a special thanks to Mary at front desk, an extremely competent, attentive, and friendly professional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and high-quality experience.

Extremely Disappointed – This Should Not Be a Hilton Property
I recently stayed at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Chicago-Schaumburg, IL, and I am absolutely shocked that Hilton allows this property to bear its name. From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of frustrating and unsafe.
First off, there are absolutely no signs indicating where the rooms are. We drove around the three separate buildings in the dark, trying to find our room. The setup is chaotic, with three separate buildings that make navigation a nightmare, especially at night.
The second-floor rooms have no elevator, forcing folks to lug their luggage up the stairs. The first-floor entrance hallways are open to the air, with no doors and no security whatsoever. To make matters worse, the area was filled with rain puddles, and the smell of urine and feces from both animals and humans was overwhelming. I have never felt so unsafe and disgusted at a hotel.
I cannot believe Hilton would allow this property to be part of their franchise. This place is no better than a Motel 6, at best. To add insult to injury, the carpet in the entrance of our room was torn, and the door was broken—I've attached a picture to show just how bad it was.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Hilton should seriously reconsider their affiliation with this property.

When my flight diverted to ORD this hotel saved my life so I’m biased. Spacious rooms and great free breakfast
Rooms: Love having a mini kitchen
Walkability: Chick Fil A and McDonalds are walkable
Noteworthy details: Noon checkout!

This is a unique hotel with 3 different buildings that lets you choose between walk-up style suites or your typical hotel environment. Quiet, very clean, and rooms large enough to feel like a small apartment. The staff was very nice. It's a prime location where you'll find everything you need in a short radius. I enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying here again.
