The workers were extremely rude. The store was so overcrowded and way more people were allowed in the store than legally acceptable in such a small area. Really bad experience considering this was the main reason I even went to the mall yesterday.

This seems like a place I could spray a fire extinguisher into. Very easy escape and not enough space to run around and stuff. I am going to throw a grenade into the store and no one can stop me.

Been shopping at this Hot Topic for over a decade at this point and it’s been nothing but amazing. Staff is nice, it’s always well stocked and with all the deals the prices are still fair.
At this point half my wardrobe and earrings come from them, lol

Love hot topic! Love their deals and items. Usually, customer service is wonderful. However, when I went, I personally was not too thrilled with the service. I do understand she was working by herself. It was early, but I could have been friendlier, and when a friend of mine had a question, she wouldn't look at her to answer but me instead.

Store has plenty of current merchandise.
Store is located inside Woodfield Mall near JCPenneys.
Disney, top celebrities, movies and cartoon characters all have space on the shelves.
We bought tee shirts and stickers.

I got some jewelry here before, a belt, a Lana Del Rey shirt, you NAME it. Not everything is sold here but there are always a lot of choices, so I recommend going!
