The Hyatt Regency Schaumburg is a very nice, big, and modern place. Reviews note the rooms are clean, quiet, spacious, and modern with wonderful bathrooms. The staff is excellent, friendly, and accommodating, with particular praise for the bar and hospitality. The hotel is in a really busy area near malls and restaurants and is considered very safe. However, some guests reported issues with housekeeping not arriving when requested and found GPS directions and entrance access unclear. The atmosphere can sometimes be loud. The pool is good and food service is on point with lots of great choices, though some find it a bit expensive.
Rooms are clean and nice! But, my favorite part of my stay is JOSH who works at the bar in the lobby. He was amazing and made me feel very welcome. He helped me with questions I had about the menu and overall gave me good vibes. Highly recommend this hotel. Reservation staff were friendly also!
