I had a great experience with filing my taxes. Poornima was helpful, professional, and very sweet. She was thorough and easy to work with. I appreciate her very much! This is my 3rd year in a row and plan on continuing for years to come. Highly recommend!

I've done my last 6 years at this location. They are all great and there all year round. Kinja is just superb! Helped me so much! My last 2 returns did Poornima, she is great! She made sure to go over everything with me, explained any changes, just fantastic!I just drop off my paperwork and when I have time, go back to sign it. Easy and hassle free! Thank you so much for all your hard work and long hours! I will be back next year!

I’ll never go anywhere else to get my taxes done! Everyone here knows what they are doing and are good at it. Jackie is the best and is the one who always does my taxes but I would trust anyone here as well. They are reliable and know exactly what they are doing. Highly recommend coming here!

When you pass over 20 tax preparers to get to Jackie in Schaumburg because you lives 50 miles away.....the rest is History! Jackie at Jackson Hewitt has the personality that any consumer would travel miles just to sit, talk, feel welcomed, & get their taxes completed. My tax lady is nice yes, and I appreciate that but in all my years I have never dealt with a slower and un honest company. 4 weeks ago I started a simple tax return and after 4 hours in the office I was told to leave my documents and come back. Previous returns have taken 1 hour. After 3 more days I called and documents were not ready. Long story short I called back every couple of days each time being promised it would be done and it wasn’t. I am finally called back into the office 4 weeks later yes you guess it still not done. Frustrated .

First the guy at the Schaumburg location quotes me $300 then I told him I had a first time customer 50% off coupon and he jacks up the price to $650!! So rude!!! And a con artist!
