I returned some items today, but my wife accidentally mixed in clothes from a different brand in the bag. The employee handling my return pointed out the item and tossed it back at me. Highly recommend to NEVER EVER shop at this location (Schaumburg at the mall). Please believe all the bad reviews because they are all true. I experienced it on my own. They are rude, treat customers poorly, and they don't follow nationwide return policy.
