Went there on the 21st the person was very nice the computer froze so they started the order over again charged me twice said I had to come back to the store with all the items and the receipts it cost me more to travel back I do not live around there then what the bill is this was the manager that was not very helpful I guess Penney need some money more than I do

0 * would be better!!!! No one answers in Fine Jewelry. Been calling for 2 days. Was suppose to be ready 3 weeks ago. No call from them. When I call Associate picks up phone than hangs up. Ms. Bozonea worst service when I dropped off jewelry to be repaired. She focused in only one on one customer , over 30 minutes until I interrupted asking her to call for assistance if she couldn’t help me. A
Customer was looking at jewelry over 1000 so she focused on them only. Needless to say they walked without buying!

They wouldnt let me make a purchase unless i got the credit card! It was terrible! John lied to me over 3 times! I asked if it was a credit card and he said no. Terrible service, never coming back :(

It was a great experience to shop at this JCPenny location. My mother and I were looking for particular kitchen items and a lady named Kathija had been helpful and offered good service to us. Overall, its a great location and worth checking out if you have the opportunity to check the mall out.
