These jewelers at Jewelry Empire are scammers!! The main store and the one in the middle of Schaumburg mall is selling fake jewelry. You will not get what you paid for at all. They lie about they service, the time and value. They will lie to you to get a quick sell then when you question it they will deny it and deny you a refund which is theft by deception. I literally had to call the police on these jerks. Stay far away and spend your money with credible dealers not these scammers.

They gave me the wrong size ring after we had measured the day before, and the quality didn’t look nice like the one they showed. Dull and the sides of the ring didn’t look nice.

I stopped by here randomly and was so surprised that they had some amazing pieces for such affordable prices! The salesman Mas was so helpful and attentive. He even helped me put on my necklace and gave me suggestions. 5/5 I will definitely shop here again. The kiosk in the Woodfield mall is located near the RedRobin restaurant so right when you walk in. It is super convenient.

The salesmen are absolute bullies. They pushed my little sister into buying a bracelet that she couldn't afford. After the transaction she came to be crying because she regretted it so much and felt used and embarrassed. We tried talking to them about returning the bracelet. But apparently, there's no returns.Why are there no returns?Other companies have returns.This makes me really question the quality of their jewelry and their customer service. I'm very disgusted at the whole situation. I would never buy from them.
