I request a full synthetic oil and they put regular oil engine. And also, when they check the engine filter, they didn't properly put it back the engine filter so hard to take it out the cover. Supposed to easy to remove it and put it back. Before i left the place i put it back properly. I won't come back to this place.

Told me 25 minutes. Took almost 2 hours. My car sat outside done for 10 minutes instead of getting processed out.

Positive reviews are fake.
Don’t come to this place. Too expensive. $115 for oil change and $60 for filters. At Walmart you can get exactly the same service for only $60.
I refused to change my oil and they cancelled my uber inspection because of that. My car was in perfect condition.
Ripping off costumers. I usually don’t go to Jiffy Lubes. This time I wanted to try.

I hate to do this because this jiffy lube was staffed by some best young mechanics I have known. Maybe they moved on, but my service yesterday left me a little disappointed. The technicians broke my key fob and lost the buttons, left the cover of my cabin air filter on the dashboard, and I had to vacuum leaves out of the blower so it wouldn't buzz when I turned the heat on. Come on guys, you're better than this, and you know it. Slow down, and do the job right. I know how it is to wrench all day for pushy customers, but 5 minutes makes it easier for everyone. Now, shake it off, and straighten up. I believe in you.

Quick service, only gripe i have is that my mileage on their paperwork is waayyy off.. on paperwork it says "mileage: 116,732" and on my dashboard its 74K... i called them the next day, and the person who answered apologized and said it was a typo... i was still asking question if this "typo" will be corrected on their system and the man on the phone started talking to another person right beside him. I was waiting for 2mins and realized he walked away from the phone, because i can still here people on the background. Very unprofessional.

I have never been to this location before; but the whole staff was very friendly! It was very kind and caring for them to open the doors for me and my bonus daughter. They were super quick, answered all of my questions. And helped me find a coupon online.

Good people but have no idea what they are doing. They cannot do a AC diagnostic. Paid $80 and had to go to a different place and redo everything all over.

Rick went above and beyond for me. I was not a customer but I was a person in need that was having trouble and pulled into the parking lot hoping to borrow some tools. and he came out with open arms and helped me.
Blessed to know there’s people still out here in this world like him! I have a small business and because of he’s management I’ll be bringing my vehicles here because of his customer service.
