Cashier was very pushy repeatedly asking for credit card like I get you have to ask the customer but after I say no the first three times like why continue to ask nd push but my fault tho should’ve just used self check out next time or just shop online 🤦🏻♀️

Terrible customer service! I returned an item and this old lady (white hair and probably on her 70’s) at the cashier just presumed i wanted a store credit instead of putting it back in my debit card- she asked me to enter my telephone number so i said i did not use a kohls card so why would i need to enter it? I asked will you credit back my debit card and did not answer - Still insist I input my tel number so I did- then She gave me a store credit that when i said i need it credited back to my ATM card she on her high pitch voice said i dont need to panic as she can make adjustments- hello?! Didn't you listen? Aren't you supposed to ask the customer too how i want to be credited back? You look as old as my grandma I did not argue out of respect anymore- and sure while trying to fix your error you keep on talking “ why would i just not do store credit , its the same ….blah blah blah”. worse, you …”have to ask help from the other cashier
as you do not know how to do this right. Oh pls Pls dont work anymore old grandma and enjoy your retirement- 😒😠

Best location in the nw suburbs. Store is always organized and cleaned and fairly well stocked. Sephora staff is amazing too especially Dozia and Kaveri! Great stock of products!
