5 HUGE stars for Lisa. From the first conversation we had to the "Good to go" Lisa was there for me. I never felt worried or nervous in her very capable hands. I did have questions and each time I called, Lisa answered the phone. Never once was I forced to leave a message and wait. Lisa not only had my back, she carried me to the finish line. Even when I was working with her strong team, I always felt her presence hovering above. To say I'm grateful to Lisa for making the loan process bearable is a huge understatement. Working with Lisa from Guaranteed Rate really helped ease our stress as first time homebuyers. She helped us crunch numbers as we submitted offers and made sure we knew about all closing costs upfront. We were really impressed with how quickly she responded to us. Even now after we’ve closed we can email her questions and still get a fast response. Lisa talked us through the whole mortgage process to make sure we were prepared. On closing day my husband and I were amazed at how quick and smooth it went!

Lisa and her team were so helpful throughout the entire home purchase financing process.
