I returned an item here and when I left, I realized a couple days later on my cc statement that they CHARGED me the amount instead of refunding it. When you try calling the number, it doesn't go through. I should've known when I got my original receipt and not a new one that something was wrong. Super annoyed because it was a big amount. Mall isn't near me either so I'm taking it up with my bank.

Ordered special embroided hats and Anthony and Nikki went above and beyond to help is with our needs. The hats turned out amazing to say the least and we will definitely be returning to order more in the future!! I HIGHLY recommend this location!!

Spend $40 on a shirt here get home and realize the guy didn’t even take off the security sensor and it didn’t go off when I walked out of the store guess it doesn’t even work

Really good customer service. Very helpful staff and good selection of hats. They also do top quality stitching at this location. Very happy with the experience. I would recommend.

If I could give it 0 starts I would female employee was so rude shut the gate before 8pm and I came up at 7:47 and asked if they are closed she said we close at 8 and I said it’s 7:47 and she turned around and walked away from me . Terrible customer service
