I’ve been coming to this store for about 8 years now, and Kathy has been amazing every single time. She’s always so friendly, patient, and really takes the time to help you find exactly what you’re looking for.
I really appreciate her honest advice. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to leave happy. It’s always a great experience working with her. Highly recommend asking for her if you’re shopping here!

I went shopping for my Mother for a gift and the staff was great. The manager was amazing in assisting me with help as I do not know how to shop for women. Overall great experience and my mother loved her new clothes. Highly recommend shopping here! this store is it

I just received my sweater in the mail and it has a hole in the back. I’m super disappointed. This is my first time ordering from Loft and this is my experience. Horrible. I also ordered jeans and another sweater which were all just fine. I will probably mend the sweater because I love the color and style of it and also I hate returning things.

I’ve visited this store multiple times, and each time, I’ve encountered the same employee who has consistently been very rude. I believe her name is Lauren, but I’m not entirely sure. Today, I came in with my mom, and my mom asked her if a pair of pants were true to size. Her response was, “I don’t know,” in an unnecessarily rude tone.
When my mom politely asked her not to speak that way, she argued that she speaks like that because she’s a foreigner. She even went on to argue that my mom should be more understanding because my mom is also a foreigner.
I find this behavior completely unacceptable. There’s no excuse for speaking to customers in such a disrespectful manner, regardless of the reason. I hope the management addresses this issue, as it has made my shopping experience at this location very unpleasant.

***WARNING*** this review is a warning only about the customer service at this location. I never write any bad feedback to any service provider. But this one actually made me feel bad and I wanted to bring it to people notice so you all are aware. I saw some deals online and went to store to check some jewelry. I got 2 tops and 3 jewelry items. I did bill them n I remember I just got distracted for a min at the counter. When I came back home, I COULD NOT find my 3 jewelry items in my bag. All I could see is just the 2 tops n an empty paper wrapper for the jewelry. I’m sure I didn’t stop anywhere after the shopping. So, next time when u visit this location, please check your bags before leaving n make sure ur items r in the bag.

Just stepped out of the store. I would never comeback to this place. This elderly woman(black) had the worse attitude ever. As a customer is unacceptable to be treated that way. I might as well cancel my loft credit card or stop using it! What a bittersweet scenario. She needs to be retrained and have more patience otherwise work somewhere else.

Went in for a couple of items I had saw online, I was not greeted in the store but was asked if I would like a fitting room I politely declined. The associate weirdly asked me oh so you just know your size? I nodded and said yes I shop here often. She was very stand offish and gave me a very rude attitude and said well our clothes have changed and don't fit the same. I reassured her that I shop here almost every month for a new outfit or two. She scoffed and walked away. She was also the associate that rung me up at the register and was very very rude. I won't be returning to this location.
